Had a great experience here for my deep cleaning. Dentist makes me nervous but the entire staff is so kind. I want to thank Kay for being so amazing at what she does. She took her time to educate me on everything she did, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend her to anyone if they need any dental work. Thank you for the great experience!

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Very attentive and answered all of my questions. I wish I would have found Snellville Family Dental sooner before going to other dental facilities. I am looking forward to getting my dental health back to where it belong and I believe that SFD will help get me there.

My first experience here and it was great. The whole staff was comforting and patient. They also offered the best treatment plan for my overall health, time and finances. They did not rush to perform anything just to charge me.

I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Miller is great. All of the staff are so nice, kind, comforting and caring. I always feel so well taken cared of when I go for my visit. They really helped me to get my teeth on track over the years after I had neglected them from fear of going to the dentist.

I generally do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The service was average overall, and I was only satisfied with the care provided by the hygienist and dental assistant. The dentist I saw on 06/04/2026 (who I was told was covering for another provider, i wish i met the actual dentist, cos i read alot of good things about her )came across as dismissive when I asked questions about the proposed treatment plan. His tone and choice of words felt unnecessarily confrontational. After I expressed my discomfort with his communication style, his demeanor improved.

The front desk to the back room everyone was great. Kay was a very nice hygienist. They explained every aspect of my dental evaluation. Dr. Eaton was pleasant and I was very comfortable throughout the exam. I would recommend this practice especially for those who are scared of dentists.
