I highly recommend Oak Road Dentistry! Dr. French and his staff are very professional and friendly. I was seen promptly recently at my appointment time and greeted by my name when I came in! It was a very pleasant change from the “big box” dentist offices in the area. The scheduling for appointments was easy and within a very acceptable timeframe.

I saw Dr. French this morning as a new patient. I had a crown break and fall out. I also had part of a filling fall out at the same time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me. Dr. French has a great personality and I think in the future we will work well together. The office was beautiful and I had almost no waiting time. Dr. French gave me an overview of his treatment plan for my dental health. I would highly recommend Dr. French and Oak Street Denistry.

I have used this dental practice for many years. Just recently I chipped a tooth less than a week before joint replacement surgery. They were so kind to get me in to evaluate and then simply smooth off the corner. No worries for my upcoming surgery. These people are the best! Skilled and compassionate.

The entire staff get 100 STARS!!! This is the first time in years I have visited a dental office and felt like I was given royal treatment from start to finish and it was all about me, even though other patients were being treated at the time. The office staff and dental team were very knowledgeable, and their experience and proficiency were totally on display. Dr. Poore. WOW! The man is so real, just wonderful! His expertise’s and techniques are so skillfully displayed when he is explaining procedures and desired outcomes. He really makes you feel like you are his sister/brother in the chair. And yes, he also made me, the world squeamish, feel relaxed and comfortable. Never thought I would be the one to say this, but I can’t wait until my next visit. Love Love Love Dr. Poore and the entire staff at Oak Road Dentistry. I always feel welcome when coming in for my appointments. I also Love Love Love Cora, my dental hygienist. She is absolutely awesome. Both Dr. Poore and Cora are awesome in how they connect personally with their patients. I am so so so glad I decided to give them a try. My family and I are always treated with much respect, dignity, and compassion. They ask questions and actually take the time to listen amd consider what we are sharing. I was referred to Dr. Poore from a client of mine. I was having some trouble with a new temporary crown on a molar. That I had received from another practice and dentist. I needed a second opinion about whether I needed a root canal or not. I called for an appointment for a second opinion. The staff got me in the same day. Dr. Poore was very professional, kind and informative. Just from this visit I did notice there was a nice rhythm to the atmosphere in the office. I can’t say enough about Oak Road Dentistry. I was terrified to go to the dentist before and didn’t go near as often as I should. Then I found this place and things changed completely. The entire staff, from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out, is so friendly, welcoming and caring. And the dentists are both the best. I’ve only seen Dr. French a couple of times and he was great. But my regular dentist is Dr. Poore. He is so kind and reassuring. He always makes me feel like I’m his only patient and his total focus is on me. I moved away from Snellville and now drive 45 minutes to see him. Totally worth the drive!
