Family Dental Care of Rogers

I've been using Family Dental for years now. They've always been flexible with scheduling appointments and with unexpected emergencies that happen with both me and my wife. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr G always makes time to talk about any concerns.

Told them I was having pain in my gums, facial swelling, and hadn’t eaten in days because my mouth hurt, and they looked at my teeth, told me everything looked good, told me to schedule a cleaning, and sent me on my way. No advice on pain management or anything. Saw the doctor for maybe 3 minutes. I drove over an hour to go to this office, and they won’t be seeing me again. Good to know you blow off your patients. Won’t be seeing a dime for me, I spent it on the gas I used to waste my time here.

The staff was kind and friendly throughout my visit. I went in with an infected tooth and a gum abscess that required an extraction. The tooth was removed, but I was sent home without antibiotics or pain medication. Three days later, I was still in significant pain, and the abscess remained. While I appreciated the staff, I felt more attention should have been given to treating the infection and pain. At times, there seemed to be more focus on future denture implant appointments than on resolving my immediate issue. As someone on a fixed income, dental visits are a major expense. I would have appreciated more treatment and guidance regarding the infection and ongoing pain before discussing additional procedures. I hope this feedback helps improve patient care and follow-up. The staff was genuinely kind, and my concerns are with the treatment plan and follow-up care, not the individuals who assisted me.

Highly recommend Dr. G and his amazing staff! I was incredibly nervous about getting an implant for a missing tooth, but they talked me through the options and put me completely at ease. The procedure was much faster and easier than I expected. From the front desk to the chair, the care here is top-notch

Staff is always super nice and very attentive to ensure you are comfortable, happy with the services, and that you don't experience pain. Best dentist office I have visited. If you are looking for a new dentist office I would definitely recommend this place.

The whole staff was excellent!! I've been coming here for 10 years or so, but this time was different. What was a simple cleaning/checkup ended up turning into a root canal. (I was aware of my needed work) They asked me what color toothbrush I wanted, offered me a pillow, blanket, and even stress balls for my procedure. They explained everything to me, and answered my questions in detail. All the staff was so great and friendly. . Please book your appointment with them today. You won't be disappointed!

Recently had my first dental visit here at Family Dental Care of Rogers and it went great. Their office is clean, the hygienist and staff are friendly and patient, and their equipment is updated and modern. The tools they use are better than quite a few places I've been in the past. The hygienist was friendly, explained everything well, and efficient. She had a good touch, took her time, and it was easy and comfortable getting the cleaning. The dentist also had a gentle touch, explained everything well and it was easy. I would definitely recommend going here, they treat people well, have a great team of people to help from the moment you walk in until you leave. I was really happy I came and happy when I left.
