Hygienist Courtney is spectacular! She was kind, patient, understanding and informative. Dr Reed was very cordial, casually detailed and most helpful in his advice and recommendations. As a new Metro Park patient, my wife has now made her new patient appointment with Courtney and Dr Reed.

Courtney has done an amazing job cleaning my teeth over the last few years. It's nice to have consistency in dental hygienist when coming two appointments twice a year. Thank you, Courtney!

1. First two appointments needed rescheduling because dentist/staff was ill or unavailable. 2. Metro Park estimated my out of pocket cost for my procedure when I arrived. When I left about an hour later, they said I owed $250 more (double) than they had estimated when I arrived. I asked why and nobody could give me a clear explanation. "Computer problem - we've notified IT"; "it's an insurance issue"; "I don't know - it doesn't make any sense". A staff member said, "It was only an estimate", but what good is an estimate if it changes an hour later for no good reason other than a "computer error" or some unexplained mistake or carelessness by the person providing the estimate. 3. I contacted Metro Park in writing later the same day to explain the issue and to request an explanation. Also asked them to honor the initial estimate inasmuch nothing changed in terms of my treatment and condition in the hour between arriving and leaving. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE other than a bill three weeks later for the increased amount. 4. Following the procedure, there is significant pain in the tooth worked on. There had been no pain at all until the procedure was performed. 5. Upselling. I initially went in for a cleaning and routine exam. No cleaning was performed. Instead it was recommended I have other procedures done that would cost approx $6500 and cleaning should wait. I went to another dentist for second opinion and was told neither procedure was necessary and he cleaned my teeth. Only had MP perform the procedure mentioned above in paragraphs 2 and 3 because MP was "in-network" and there was some insurance coverage.

It was good, however, I was extremely disappointed to hear that after I get the implant it will be a whole month before I get my crown. I asked why and I only got the explanation “that’s just how it is”. My question was not to Dr. Erickson, but to his assistant. I then asked the ladies at the front desk and got the same answer. I had to call Dr. Blansett’s office to have it carefully explained to me and was told I would have a temporary tooth while waiting for the permanent one. That helped me feel much better.

Brian, Courtney and Dr T are always very hospitable and kind, on top of doing a great job. Courtney is very good at her job as a hygienist. Brian was great at getting my wing bites and doing some of the tooth cleaning. Dr T, is always good at his profession as a dentist, he is very caring and thoughtful. He listens to his patients, sometimes you feel Like you’re being heard.

I would highly recommend doctor Jason Thibodeaux! I saw him for tooth pain on a tooth that already had a root.Canal. I was in denial that that tooth still needed another root.Canal. Dr. Thibodeaux kindly & gently showed me the X-Rays and explained what was going on.! Maria, assistant was also very understanding and gentle. Today I had an emergency care, because the temporary crown came off. Maya took care of me quick and easily.! 5 star care! They also were transparent treatment plan, accepted insurance and payment options. Affordable clean friendly & gentle care! Thank you so much!

I had a completely positive experience from beginning to end. This is A very professional Dental practice yet everyone is very down to earth. Everything was explained to me in detail where I could understand it and I felt like I received the greatest care. The service Exceeded my expectations thank you to Dr. T and Maria. I appreciate that my Dental insurance was accepted, and I’m confident that they will help me in the future.
