Had A Wonderful First Experience. I believe I found my new Dentist 😌. Dr.G was very gentle and informative. Cynniya my DA catered to my feelings of anxiety about my cleaning. Kee another DA made my experience memorable he has wonderful personality and very hospitable.

0/5 stars, I promise I will not be back here, the only reason I went was because I was recommended. Dr. Pranathi Gundimed Was my dentist and I had to get a filling. I was injected with 3 needles and kept telling her she was going to deep and hitting my nerve where I continued to feel shocks. She didn’t listen to me and this was probably my worst dental Experience. I literally told her I have not felt nothing like that in my life before! Also her dental assistant did not have a care in the world when it same to cleaning my teeth! She sprayed water everywhere but inside my mouth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND HER TO ANYONE. I got work done on the August 11th it’s the 16th and I’m still suffering from sensitivity when eating. After my filling it was no kind of after care instructions, she just said she was done and left out the room honestly! Now I have to find another dentist to fix whatever is going on with my mouth that was perfectly fine at first! I will be coming back to make sure this review did not get deleted.

my visit for the 1st time was good until i had to get service .. that they have yet to refund me my money back they only gave the Cherry financing a portion of the money back .. I only needed 1 tooth fixed they gave me this replacement that was full of gummy material and hurt my mouth the dentist dr. gundimeda try to keep focusing this on me and i explained it hurt and she only referred to a different dentist no bedside manners at all never really listen to my concerns.. I was not pleased at all and I have yet to this date gotten a refund for what i paid out of pocket for a gummy tooth that didnt work and was painful... would you wear this and be in pain it was horrible... i had to find a new dentist to help me and listen to my concerns... Dr. Gundimeda has no care for her patient who seem to no argue with her discussion and gets very frustrated... I just want my money back I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH HER SERVICE AS A DENTIST AT ALL..

I’m sure from the reviews they’re probably great dentist but I couldn’t even get a cleaning because of “high blood pressure” mind you they’re taking it with a wrist cuff , my arm extended and not to my heart per basic wrist cuff instruction, and my feet up and when I tried to place my feet flat was told to put them back up. I wouldn’t be so upset if I hadn’t just got my blood pressure taken at a previous appointment not even an hour before and it was great. But after wasting my time twice now I won’t be returning. I suggest a better blood pressure cuff and training on how to use them properly this coming from someone who gets their blood pressure checked atleast twice a week and it’s always fine.

I love this office they made me feel so safe and appreciated I definitely recommend. The doctors and the assistants are amazing and they are very professional, the boy one I think his name Tishard he was so sweet and patient with me even let me squeeze his hand during my apt . If you’re in Richmond and need a dental office here you go .

Absolutely amazing experience. The dentist was very patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The procedure was incredibly fast and painless. I honestly didn’t even realize my wisdom tooth was already out until he told me. Then when he said we were completely done with the second extraction (tooth 18), I was genuinely shocked. I felt no pain at all. The entire staff was professional and caring. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. It was an 8:00 am morning appointment so anlthough I know it was early, staff were walking by without speaking. My child who was the patient came out and told me they were gossiping about one another in front of her. Complaining. No where for the parents to sit, I wasn’t tripping about that because I could see they take children and adults. But for future reference if you are accommodating children, maybe make the experience less frightening. Explain the process as your during it. Needless to say we will NOT be returning.

Dr. G truly gave me my confidence back! I came in with a missing side tooth, and she did an amazing job replacing it. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The results look so natural, and now I can smile again without feeling self-conscious. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, caring, and does incredible work, I highly recommend Dr. G. Thank you for restoring not just my smile, but my confidence!
