I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. It's clean, modern, and all in all a beautiful office. They offer a wide range of services for a general practice, and Dr Castellano did a PHENOMENAL job using Invisalign to give me my dream smile:) They even send you home with a free at-home bleaching kit after your treatment to bring it all together! If you are looking for a new dentist, do not hesitate to make an appointment with them - I would give 10 stars if I could!

Most amazing experience of my life. Dental appointments make me very anxious. Until today, I went in for an appointment and had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Karp was AMAZING!!! She took the time to explain everything and talked me through the whole process. I didn't feel a thing and have been bragging to anyone that will listen about the amazing experience I had at Monument Family Dentistry. I can now confidently, and proudly say I have found my dentist. The office is fresh, clean, and the people are amazing. Thank you for making this such a great experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff are friendly and kind! Really love my new doctor that goes the extra mile to help his patient and put their worries at ease. I’m usually very anxious when I go to the dentist given my health issues, but this doctor put all of my worries into consideration, and didn’t hesitate to educate me on what I needed to know! I highly recommend this dentist and all of their staff!

Sooo I got my root canal and examination done at VCU School of Dentistry which they did do a phenomenal job however they weren’t able to get me scheduled for a crown so I called Monument Dental. I really wish I called them first not only was walking in there easy. Parking was easy too. I called and spoke with Vee and told her my dilemma. I was in excruciating pain and that’s why I went to VCU so early but now I needed a crown within a week and my insurance was ending that day. She scheduled me and told me not to worry just come on in. I got there and was immediately greeted by the wonderful front desk people at Monument Dental. They were so nice and Zee was there to make my take in so easy. I waited and talked to the front desk girls because they were so nice until Shayeri came and took me to the back to prep me and tell me about their services which include: -SAMEDAY, X-rays, Root Canals and Crowns for the molars -Teeth Restorations -Teeth Whitening -Very comprehensive exams with 3D scans She also walked me through what Dr. Karp was going to do for me in terms of creating my crown and the new dental technology they had which I was thoroughly impressed. My uncle is an orthodontist and when he did my root crown the technology they used was a little different. Very friendly and easy to show you what is really going on in your mouth and ways of prevention. Process was fairly easy I watched Hunting Wives on Netflix while I waited for my crown and it was done in no time and Dr. Karp was very thorough in checking my bite and gave me a little bit more numbing before I left to help with soreness and I couldn’t be more happier. Checking out: Dana was such a pleasure to work with! She definitely topped it off with the good vibes I felt that radiated off of her and she took my payment which already included only my portion she already had the other balances that showed they took care of as well as what my insurance took care of. Billing was a breeze. I decided to pay everything up front because I believe amazing service deserves to be rewarded rather than me give them run around. If you ever need same day emergency like me with a fractured or crack tooth come see these ladies. They are genuine people that care about you so don’t go anywhere else.

Brenna, my hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. Rachel, Malaysia and Shayrie were also wonderful and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I love my dentist! They think of everything to give patients an enjoyable experience. Their office is cozy and inviting. Doesn’t intimidate you or make you nervous. All the staff are so nice and helpful! They provide easy to understand and comprehensive breakdowns of any expected costs and work with you to ensure you get the work you need. They completed my Invisalign treatment and have taken great care of my teeth for the last 6 years :)

The office was nice and clean. Front desk staff was amazing. Made sure to give updates to who i was with on what was going on with me while i waited. Assistant Savannah and the dental hygienist Terry were fantastic, very thorough and made sure i knew everything that was going on with my care and answered any and all questions. Dr. Karl was fantastic as well made sure to show me everything she was looking at and why she was doing what she was and what all the medical jargon she was throwing out meant. Made me very comfortable as confident in my care. 10/10 would definitely recommend
