This is the best place ever! Super nice staff and the Dentist are super gentle and kind. Always feel like I'm getting the best care in their chair. 10/10

​Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The staff at Dentists of Puyallup are so friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. They took care of my intake, cleaning, and a filling all in one visit, which was a huge time-saver. Plus, as someone who dreads needles, I really appreciated how careful they were to make sure I was completely numb before doing the local anesthetic. I felt comfortable and zero pain the entire time. 10/10 recommend!

I just had my first appointment here and it was great! I was very hesitant about a new dentist (had to switch due to old dentist no longer accepting my insurance after 20 years) but they were very clean, polite and patient. Loved both the gals upfront. I forgot to set up MyChart account and instead of being irritated with me they were helpful and patient with helping me set it up. Melissa did my X-rays and cleaned my teeth & she was amazing. Super friendly and easy to talk to!! My boyfriend goes to their sister location and will now be going to this location with me.

This is your new Dentist office. I recently had a new patient appt for myself and two kiddos. Everyone was so kind and communicated clearly what next steps were during the entire visit. We left after all being seen on time with care plans that we understood and that were affordable with insurance. So glad we found someone so awesome and close to home! My 11 and 12 year said it felt like hanging out with family 😊I have never heard that one leaving the dentist lol.

I am a new patient of about 2 months. I love this place. It feels like a private practice. My dentist, Dr. Hoang is so kind, professional and extremely sensitive to patients comfort which I really appreciate. Today I had a crown done and Melissa helped with prepping etc. She is so sweet and caring- what a gem! Im so thankful I switched providers. Outstanding staff and office! Im loving my smile!

From the moment I walked in, the lovely ladies at check in were so nice and helpful. The dental assistant, Melissa I believe her name is. She is so knowledgeable, passionate, and funny! Dr. Chong is top tier. For a new patient first visit, I’m already so excited for my dental care here. This is the best care team. If you have dental anxiety, I promise it will not even make it through the front door. Highly recommend.

Andrea has made my experience so great and assisted me beyond expectations! Thank you all there! Leah is super sweet and accommodating to your needs! Never a bad time here, the follow up is always personal and they make sure you are taken care of! Highly recommended.
