Middletown Family Dentistry

Karen, my tech, asked if I had any concerns with any of my teeth. I let her know that all was well, no problems or issues. She informed me that I was due for a full set of X-rays which she took. Karen cleaned my teeth and when she was done she informed Doctor Scott. That’s what I call him. He checked the X-rays and inside my mouth. Both were very through. An assistant to Karen set me up with my next appointment and gave me the appointment card and my goodie bag. In addition I let Karen know that I took the last of my pre meds and a new script was called in and I’ve already picked it up. 100% satisfied with all of the Staff here. From checking in to when I left. Thank You.

I had a maintenance & cleaning appointment on 6/15/26. Sandy was the dental hygienist. She was detailed & very professional. She shared her expertise to help support my efforts for healthy teeth & gums. Sandy was excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a mixed experience at this office. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was disappointing. The dentist briefly looked at my teeth, spoke only to the assistant about what was going on, and then left without speaking directly to me or explaining any findings. As a patient, I felt this was rude and impersonal. I would have appreciated a conversation about my dental health and the opportunity to ask questions. While I greatly appreciated the care provided by the hygienist, I hope the office can improve communication between dentists and patients.

I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years for normal check up and cleaning. Today’s visit was very pleasant, with friendly service and staff, particularly my new hygienist Karen, who was very thorough and gentle on my teeth. Thank you!

I had such an amazing visit today! Not a huge fan of the dentist as I do have some sensitivity but this appointment went great. Kara was amazing, gentle, calming and explained everything to me. She helped me understand what I need to do for the sensitivity as well as my clenching and grinding. Dr Arrighi came in for my exam and reiterated what Kara had told me and gave me the cavity free A OK! Everyone was sweet from the time I walked in until the time I left. What a great office!! Referring all my family and friends to this office!!

My first visit with Middletown Family Dentistry was a very pleasant one. I had a crown recemented. Dr. Arrighi was informing me step by step as to what he was doing, and assuring that I was ok. The staff is very friendly, and pleasant, which makes a BIG difference. I would definitely recommend this office without any hesitation. I already love my new Family Dentistry. Thank you guys for making my first visit a Great one!! ;-)
