My dentist of 32 years retired and I tried another dentist. Just didn’t feel right. Immediately when I met the staff at Gainesville Family Dentistry I knew I had found my new dentists. Dr. Mark Record diagnosed and solved the issue I was having and immediately my pain subsided. His dental assistant Holly was great as well. I feel very comfortable with their care and highly recommend them.

Quickest $273 I’ve spent recently! All joking aside, Dr. Matt said it would take 30-40 minutes. In and out in 20. No pain, no issues! As dentist go, he’s aces.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were willing to explain things if I had any questions. And they didn’t treat any of my questions as dumb questions. They were personable, respectful, and even friendly. Also, everything was very clean. I would highly recommend Gainesville Family Dentistry.

The Dr’s do great with children and they are very thorough and make sure you are getting great quality dental care.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. As someone scheduling and attending an appointment on my own for the first time, I was a bit nervous, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Lan was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and the front desk staff was warm, personable, and immediately put me at ease. Shauna was exceptional — friendly, compassionate, and easy to talk to, which helped ease my anxiety during the appointment. Dr. Matthew was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way I could understand. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received from everyone here. I would highly recommend this office to others and will definitely be returning in the future.
