Very good staff. Very accommodating. I had to reschedule my visit and usually that can be like pulling teeth ;) but they did it no problem.

The dentist and hygenist were great. I had a small altercation with one of the office ladies. The very first time i was there she was rude and I thought maybe she was having a bad day but she was rude to me yesterday also. I had a question about what what she called my previous balance. I tried to explain to her i shouldn't have a balance because that charge should have part of my crown adjustment. She just keep telling me my insurance denied the claim. So I asked to speak to someone in charge. This lady can out and spoke to me and resolved the problem, she was very nice. On my way out I did stop and tell the rude lady "see there could be something done about it". I was wrong to call her a witch but I was really upset with her at the time. I would very much appreciate it if I don't have to deal with her in the future. I really like everyone else there and would like my visits to be more pleasant. Thank you

Highly recommend if you are looking for a pleasant and positive dental experience. Doctor visits of any sort can be anxious experiences for me, but their friendly staff ensured I felt at ease, and my issue was resolved well! I will be returning for my regular care.

My experience at Gainesville Family Dentistry was outstanding. I was unhappy with my previous dentist because I felt that no much cared. My doctor at GFD was straight forward, friendly, and very competent. The technician that took care of me made me comfortable and did a great job cleaning my teeth with no bother. I really liked them.

I finally got dental insurance, so I was actually excited to go to the dentist for once lol. I called Gainesville Family Dentistry because I thought part of an old filling had fallen out from a few years ago. They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He’s very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There’s also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!
