The employees were professional and super friendly. The hygienist was very helpful to explain each process. The whole experience was so relaxing there was extremely good at there jobs. Highly recommend them.

My waiting period was very short and the staff are always so friendly. My hygienist is personable and kind. I highly recommend this dentist office!

After a complicated dental situation that ultimately required a crown and root canal, I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Electric City Dental Care. I was very nervous going into the procedure, but Dr. Hoveida took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and put me at ease. The entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and made me feel well cared for from start to finish. While no one wants to need a root canal, the experience was much better than I expected. Staff was Very polite the entire staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel like it was very important, they made me feel right at home. The Processor of the time of the X-ray and the personnel who examined me from the Dr: to Technician each was great and explained everything to me. This is was my first visit. Do you get a set of full dentures-

Very welcoming the moment you enter the door. The wait is very minimum and the staff are absolutely amazing going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and explain in detail the procedure they are about to perform. They also take the extra time if needed to make sure their work is very satisfactory and that I’m completely satisfied as well as them. As a bonus they are very good at reminders of your appointments so that there is no confusion as to when you are scheduled I so so appreciate this added bonus as a busy working person sometimes we get over whelmed and just forget but with the service they provide there is no way to forget because they are on top of this program. I absolutely love the service the Dr. and his assistants provide and they are very informative and know what they are talking about. I would highly recommend Electric City Dental to anyone seeking advanced dental care like myself with these new implants. From the front desk staff to the Dr. and techs they all go above and beyond to assure you are well taken care of I truly am so appreciative to everyone in that office they are the best… Thanks Rhonda Green

I have never in my life felt so comfortable in a dental office. It was my first visit and I have MANY dental issues I need resolved so I was nervous and anxious when walking inside. I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk and my experience just continued to get better. Rosa, the dental assistant was so patient, kind and made me feel at ease. We laughed and cried together! Natalia, the hygienist had me in tears laughing as well. I felt like I met two new friends! The dentist was so kind, genuine and knowledgeable. The checkout procedure was easy and informative! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Very frustrating to have a scheduled cleaning, confirm yes to the texts, show up to the appointment, get told they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t call to confirm? Even though I was told responding to the text would suffice. Rescheduled appointment and showed up at scheduled time 10:40am. Wait until 11:20am with zero communication for why I’m still waiting. I go up and say I have to cancel because I need to go back to work. The front desk worker says she can send me back now. I say I need to cancel, i unfortunately don’t have more time as I need to go to work and I’ve waited 40 minutes so far already. She said “your appointment wasn’t until 10:50am.” I tell her my texts state 10:40am. Either way I still don’t have time to wait 30 minutes. I tried being as friendly as possible because I understand the stress of being understaffed. But scheduling here is a nightmare. Don’t gaslight the customer/patient saying I showed up too early when in fact I did not.

Honestly I don’t care to come back here despite using this dentist for over 3 years. Subpar Invisalign treatment and they didn’t take care of my teeth properly like an orthodontist would, my mistake for coming to a dentist. Decided to shave down my tooth and use composite filling instead of using rubber bands like any other place. Overall 2-3k down the drain for terrible Invisalign and my teeth don’t look good compared to anyone I know who has gotten Invisalign treatment with an orthodontist and recieved whitening -and composite as part of their treatment. The dental assistants are great but there’s only ONE dentist and it takes forever, I had to go back in numerous times because a tooth wasn’t tracking properly (they didn’t care) and they offered me 0 help but basically ruining my tooth with drills and composite. Highly disappointed with my subpar experience despite allegedly being a 5 star dentist. Do NOT go here for Invisalign. I’m really upset because my teeth aren’t like anyone else who appears to use Invisalign and I feel like they use it as a money grubbing ploy. I will call 10 times and they never answer the phone and finally you’ll go to an outside place that can schedule you but they’ve given me attitude and been rude so many times it’s not even worth it. I’m sorry that I have a busy schedule and you guys don’t ever pick up the phone so I have to cancel my appointment last minute when you finally answer. Never coming here again honestly. Paid for a filling and they never even scheduled me! Medical emergencies don’t expect to be taken in anywhere less than 2 weeks. I had to go to a dentist 2 hours away because my SECOND crown failed that I had got here 7 months prior.
