Very welcoming..... I was in pain from a filling that came out she was very mental and easy going laid back..... sat and listened and talked to me about the future

Everyone was so courteous. Dr Anderson informed me of every step she toook. Upon leaving I was given a well itemized schedule of my next steps that were planned for me. I was totally impressed!

Downtown Dentist has gained immense popularity, making it challenging to secure a new appointment after canceling my scheduled one due to medical reasons. Consequently, the only available appointments for my wife and me were in January 2027. Fortunately, the office staff demonstrated exceptional flexibility and promptly accommodated our request due to cancellations. The appointment itself was exceptional. The dental technician performing my cleaning was highly professional and maintained open communication throughout the procedure. The cleaning was among the best I have ever experienced. Subsequently, I met with the dentist, who exhibited a genuine commitment to patient care and refrained from attempting to upsell additional dental services. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the entire staff at this facility. They consistently prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere and possess a wealth of knowledge in their respective fields.

The entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and respectful. They made me feel like a special patient. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. I cannot thank you enough for my care. 💜

After waiting six months to be seen for the first time for exam and cleaning, we got a call four days before the scheduled appointment via vm that it was cancelled due to staffing. So I am changing my star score and editing my review after getting in touch with the office mgr (OM). I explained the answer I was given was to schedule 6 months more but the OM agreed that was a bit much and agreed to help us get seen sooner. That customer service is what I originally was hoping for and to look into their phone systems. Dave

Tru, dental hygienist, was very thorough-detailed in my dental checkup and cleaning, also checked for oral cancer. Tru is very knowledgeable and informative with straight forward feedback. She was helpful with visual aids with information on electric toothbrushes. The Dentist, Julia Anderson, DMD, is very good at preventing tooth decay and managing gum, disease with care and confidence. Dr. Anderson also does great dental work in cosmetic details.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life time. The hygienist was so thorough . She had such a great spirit about her. Then Ms Anderson is the greatest too. I got the same great service from the receptionist too! If you need a pleasant dental experience I suggest you give these folks a visit. I found them in May of 2025. It is a joy to be a patient of this office.

Outstanding! Dr Anderson has been my dentist for a few years. Not until this past week did I have a need to express my gratitude to Dr Anderson and her staff. On last Tuesday a week ago my 98 year old auntie with dementia needed a tooth pulled. It was a simple surgery which went well. The following weekend auntie dislodged the clotting that had formed. This caused an unstoppable bleed. An emergency room trip said the bleeding was from the tooth area. The next morning a call to Dr Anderson’s answering service said they would pass the message to the Dr. . In ten minutes Dr Anderson called me and I explained to her what was going on with Auntie. Dr Anderson listened to me and said because she was out of town she would call her local dentist friends to see who could help auntie. In an hour auntie was in a dental surgeon’s chair to stop the bleeding. The surgeon Dr Dunlap and his staff was so caring and reassuring towards auntie. I’m so grateful for Dr Anderson’s empathy and her swiftness in this matter was unprecedented. I will recommend Downtown Dental to anyone who needs and wants skilled and caring dental care. I was extremely pleased with my visit. After being told from a different office that I needed 4 separate cleanings, root scaling and more. That would have cost me alot of money, even with insurance. I was shocked when I went into Downtown Dental to find out all I needed was 1 cleaning, that I did not have periodontal disease, didn't need deep root scaling, nor did I need 4 total visits. I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone was professional and courteous. I saved a ton of money. I left with a sense of relief and my teeth felt and looked like a million bucks.
