Best dental care I have received! Dr. Anumula is very knowledgeable, polite and skillful dentist! I have been going to this dental office for years and will continue to do so. Dr. Anumula prescribed SureSmile aligners as I had malaligned teeth. I am so happy to see that SureSmile has corrected the malalignment! The aligners are easy to put on and remove. People hardly notice when they are on. It is affordable and I highly recommend it. Now I do not feel self conscious when I smile. Thank you Dr. Anumula! Update after completion of the SureSmile sets.: Amazing results! My teeth have never been so perfect! My bite has improved. It has corrected the spacing and crowding of the teeth. I certainly have regained my confidence. I cannot stop smiling! Thank you!!!😁

I had an exceptional dental experience at Lotus Dental Care. The receptionist and assistant were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. The doctor was also very attentive and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotus Dental Care and will definitely be returning, as well as referring my family and friends.

My first visit with this doctor was absolutely wonderful, we had decent rapport by the time I was done with my visit and she seemed to b super kind and empathetic. However, the downside to our dynamic began when she started to become too comfortable with me. She started to speak openly about how she needed to take time off, how she doesn’t have time for self care, and how her office consumes her. I deal with anxiety surround the dentist and have since disclosed my ASD diagnosis and since I’ve been vocal about how her treatment of me has made me uncomfortable. I come into the office to get my dental care, I do not need to hear about you inability to take care of yourself. There we’re Times when she was working in my mouth and a previous client came and she was screaming and talking with excitement about how long it’s been since she’s seen him, while she is elbows Deep in my mouth. Why the previous client was even allowed in the back without an appointment is insane to me?? HIPPA?? Also, the receptionist is absolutely abhorrent to work with. She really hates her job and lets you know it. From the way she answers the phone (or her inability to), to the way she stares at you. The whole office genuinely could benefit from trainings on how to deal with the general public. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Great office to come to, never had an issue with scheduling. I get text reminders to keep me on track with my visits. Dr. Anumula is awesome and gentle. The office is mindful for what your insurance plan may or may not cover, which is honestly amazing and underrated so big kudos to Lotus for that. I personally need new night time retainers made because I finished my invisalign treatment several years ago and wear my retainers every night for bed and theyre on their last leg. They do not make retainers for that here at Lotus, so if you're like me and need new retainers made, the office gave me a recommendation for Orthodontic experts in Glendale Heights. Glad I found this office.

Dr.Saila is excellent. Her and her staff have always made me feel welcomed. She does amazing work. I had a tooth that has a yellowish stain and she did an amazing job taking her time to fix it. Thank you so much.
