I’ve been going here for years after my husband’s family referred me here. Now our daughter will come too! Always been happy with the quality of work, staff is super friendly, and appointments are usually pretty easy to get when you need them.

Dr. Pell was fantastic. Had an emergency, and he returned my call on a Sunday. Worked me in monday at 7am. Could't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this place for fillings. I got a filling here around 2022 after I had just started Invisalign. after the filling my tooth, which i didn’t experience any pain with before, was super sensitive. I couldn’t drink anything cold or chew on the left side of my mouth. I go back and during my cleaning I bring up the issue with a male doctor, don’t know his name because he spent less than 5 minutes with me, he told me it was because my teeth were shifting bc of the Invisalign. I said, fine he should know what he’s talking about because he’s a Doctor. Six months later, I go back for another cleaning and I bring up the same concern and she looks at me and says “why didn’t you bring this up sooner?” I tell her that I did and that the previous doctor told me it was because of the Invisalign. She looks stunned and proceeds to consult the doctor who first did the filling, she “fixes it” and I’m thinking the pain with go away a couple days later. It doesn’t, I’m fed up I deal with the pain, maybe a year later the same filling that had been replaced falls off while I’m flossing. I stupidly decide to come back to the same place and get it replaced AGAIN, only for it to fall off again a year later. Save yourself the money, and the pain, do not come here.

Shenandoah Family Dentistry has a truly warm and caring team. My dentist, Dr. Pari Shah, DMD, and Christina N., DA, treated me with exceptional kindness and gentleness, making me feel comfortable throughout. I was quite nervous at first, but they patiently took the time to help me relax and listen to my concerns. I sincerely recommend this wonderful place!

I had a frustrating experience with Shenandoah Family Dentistry, particularly around billing and insurance handling. While the staff were very friendly and welcoming at first, I ran into issues with how my insurance claim was processed and how charges were communicated. I recommend that anyone visiting this office carefully review their billing statements, ask for clear cost estimates upfront, and follow up closely on insurance claims. In my case, there was confusion and delays that caused unnecessary stress. The customer service is pleasant on the surface, but it’s important to stay proactive and double-check everything related to finances.

I can not say enough GOOD about Shenandoah Family Dentistry. They were kind, helpful, and caring from the very start. I called needing an infected tooth extracted. I had already obtained antibodics from my physican so i was on that for 48hrs, but the pain was stiĺl intense. Dr Shay was absolutely amazing and removing the tooth and discomfort that i was having. Although, the actual extraction was highly priced; in my opinon, you get what u pay for and she was not disappointing. Thank you!!! I will return when i have obtain insurance or the next emergency. ❤️

Very kind and professional staff. The facility is clean and beautiful. Alaina is an outstanding hygienist who takes her time and provides good advice to improve dental hygiene. Dr. Shah listens to her patients and works hard to make sure you are satisfied with your dental health. Highly recommend.

Been a patient of the office for many years now along with my husband and daughter! Normally I see Dr Pell and he is always kind gentle and works well with my dental anxiety! I have seen Dr Shah as well a handful of times and she to is wonderful! The ladies up front and hygienist are also very friendly and professional!! Thank you for always working with me for me and being considerate to the anxiety I deal with!
