Today was my first visit to family dentistry in West Palm Beach. Everyone there was very professional and very caring. I am happy to share this post. I had a great experience..

I just got there today for some non-smooth surfaces on a molar, I spoke to the receptionist and she told me to wait a few minutes. Not even 5 minutes later I was called and had everything fixed. That's awesome. Thank you Family Dental Care.

Poor Quality and Unprofessional Behavior I paid for a front tooth repair, but the filling fell out after only six weeks. During my first appointment, the dentist said he was tired and asked me to come back the next day because he couldn't guarantee the quality of his work. My appointment was at 6:00 PM, during normal business hours. He also tried to sell me unnecessary treatment packages and was arrogant throughout the process. When I returned after the filling failed, I was offered only a discount instead of a proper warranty repair. The dentist even claimed he had "done me a favor," despite the fact that I had paid in full. When I asked to see another dentist, he told me to leave because he was the owner. Before I left, he told me to "go back to Hungary," which I found disrespectful and discriminatory. I cannot recommend this practice based on both the poor quality of the treatment and the dentist's arrogant and unprofessional behavior.

Usually the dentist is terrifying, but not this place! Dr Ochoa is amazing. I needed A crown and she let me make payments!.Jackie at the front desk is Amazing! And my favorite hygienist Chelsea is very attentive and accommodating

Zero!!!!! I’m writing this review in the office. This doctor was disgusting! After I got my X-rays which was fine. The doctor walked in touching mouse and her waist jacket. Before she began i expected her to was her hands. When she didn’t, I asked, “ can you please wash your hands?” Reply from her “ I washed them already”, and gave me a glaring angry look. I was so shocked I asked again “ Can you please wash your hands? I don’t think that’s a big deal.” Then then responded “I wash my hands after every patient, this is about you trusting me”. I asked her to was her hands for the third time, and she says “ I don’t think you going to be comfortable with me” then turns to wash her hands finally. I then decided to get up, tell her no thank you and left the office with my X-rays. This has NEVER happened to me in any type of service I’ve ever received. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day, because I’m black, or she’s just a genuinely nasty person. She looked like she wanted to curse me out. She was pissed, or I don’t know what!! REGARDLESS THE REASON. NO THANK YOU! Won’t be returning and I DO NOT recommend

I came here for tooth pain. I had x-rays taken. The doctor said that I should “come back when it hurts worse” because he couldn’t figure out why. I asked him if my x-rays reflected any reason why the pain was there. He asked again what tooth hurt, I pointed and he said, “oh yeah, there’s a cavity here on x-ray”. He then went on to say I had 3 total cavities and offered to fill all 3 right then which felt very odd to me. Any reputable dentist you have to schedule this service out. Also I haven’t had cavities since I was a child and was cavity-free 6 months ago. I went to a different clinic that weekend, had x-rays retaken only to discover I, in fact, had zero cavities. After that, this whole office feels scammy to me. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, as was my dental assistant. But I’d never trust that doctor again.

I am from Canada. My crown fell out while in Florida on vacation. I was able to make an appointment immediately for the next day. From the time I showed up to the time I left, 40 mins total. Very quick. I do not have dental insurance, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was excellent. The dentist was great. My fixed crown is fantastic now. I would have no worries going back to Family Dental if I ever needed to again.
