Desert Dental Group - Victorville

This place is a scam. All they want from you is to get all kinds of x-rays even though you have x-rays from your prior dentist less than a year earlier they want to bill you for multiple x-rays of your mouth. It’s a turnstile they shuffle you in and shuffle you out. if you go in for a specific procedure, they never address it. All they address is the x-rays and a Hygienic-cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m going to report them to the board.

Check in went quick and smooth, also x-rays. Then after that it was a long wait and the Doctors shielded face made it very difficult to understand what she was talking about. I felt she wasn’t knowledgeable enough to tell me what was going on with the swollen lump on my upper left gum. No treatment was completed on my long wasted time visit. I have never experienced this the 65 years of going to a dentist.

First time getting an extraction , Everyone was super sweet and helpful i also had major anxiety doctor Dason was really kind and caring with the entire process This is the one and only office in the HIGH DESERT , I will ever trust everywhere else including western dental is HORRID. plus I had a 10am appointment the sweet ladies up front got me in no later than 10 min the extraction it self went smooth and quick 5 stars most Definitely!

My special needs adult son has been going here for over 4 years. Insurance hasn't changed. Every time I schedule for him I request a check up and cleaning at the same time so it's less stress on him. The last 4 times we've been, the staff has been flat out rude and unwilling to communicate. Meaning, the recent appointment that was made, we were told his insurance had changed and they could not see him. It in fact had not. I called a few times to correct this matter and was told each time that I'd receive a call back. Never heard back. The lack of communication goes to show you some of the staff just don't want to do their jobs.

The customer service was great. Very polite and efficient. But unless you have a lot of money. I mean a lot of money after insurance. Then go here. I even called back to see if I can get the work done at a more reasonable price. And they said no. And up sale you on everything. It's just as bad as buying a car.

I don’t fear dentistry, but I do have anxiety. But this time, my routine cleaning was wonderful ! Jasmine did such a wonderful job that I intend to ask for her next time. Best cleaning I’ve had in many years.

The front staff to the staff and doctors in the back are ALL awesome. I always have great experiences here and they take care of my problems. Yesterday I had to have a decaying tooth extracted and needed a bone graft. I was nervous of course but Terry was an angel assured me and answered all my questions. She really helped me calm down and feel better about the procedure. The doctor was nice and he did a great job and he was efficient. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking.
