Every single staff member is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The office is clean and beautiful. The dentist is extremely helpful, professional, gentle, and approachable.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Hollie and Dr. John and the whole staff at Town Crossing. Went in for a crown on my front tooth, upon telling Hollie I wanted to do gold, not only was she extremely excited, John, her father, was elated. Hollie spent extra time making sure the fit was perfect, my bite was perfect, above and beyond. The rest of the staff was just as friendly, professional and helpful throughout this entire process. 11/10, thanks for getting my smile dialed!

Best dentist I've ever been to! From the moment I walk in, it feels relaxing. The entire staff is friendly and I love that they have tv's for the kids. Hollie had to pull a few of my daughter's teeth over the years because the adult teeth were growing in front of the baby teeth. Not once did my daughter cry or feel pain. I can't recommend this place enough.

Dr. Hollie and the staff here are great. Very nice people and the hygienists are gentle. I love that they thoughtfully chat with you - it feels like catching up with friends. Dental insurance is a nightmare these days but Town Crossing Dental has an in-office “plan” that has been great for my dental needs. The office is also extremely clean and beautiful.

Awesome dentist! Dr. John's been my dentist since I was a little girl (now age 42). My mom took me there because she heard he was good with kids & I wouldn't open my mouth for anyone else. He said it took a lot of time to convince me. He's gentle, caring, & fun. Still does the "tazmanian jiggle" if a shot is needed & talks through all the steps even on my mother lol. My husband, kids, siblings some step family, & some in-laws have all transitioned to his care over the years & remain. Between all of my family over the years, there have been times of emergency squeeze ins, after hours help & him graciously working with different budget issues. His staff is also caring & pleasant. I see them following infection control & safety procedures. The facility is very clean as it should be. I trust him so much with my family & our dental needs. We seriously love him. I'm going to be sad one day when he retires, but also want him to get to relax after all these years of great work. Some of my family members have gone to his daughter (same building) a few times & say she is good as well. I haven't met her yet.
