I have been looking for a new dentist and was overwhelmed with my options. I called here and had such a good interaction with the receptionist that I took the risk on this office and I was NOT disappointed at all! The staff is absolutely amazing, they ask you about yourself not just your dental issues. They seem to truly care about you and if you have an anxieties about the dentist, this is the place to go. I was in and out with my problem fixed on the first visit and left with a huge smile and a little confidence boost. 10/10 experience.

First time and I was absolutely impressed with all the staff. It is obviously a family first culture. Great atmosphere know pushing an agenda and most importantly they wanted to get to know me first before discussing my dental needs. They are genuine. Thank you for one of if not the best dental visits I have ever had. 🥰😃

Dr. Cerrillo and her entire team went above and beyond to make me feel heard, valued, and comfortable. I've never experienced this level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care from any other dental office. They truly embody what exceptional patient care should look like. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office and their entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Each time I’ve gone in, they’ve gotten me taken care of quickly and worked hard to get me out of pain as soon as possible. I had some very negative experiences with dentists during my childhood and young adulthood, I was extremely nervous and hesitant about seeking dental care. However, this office has completely changed my perspective. Every staff member was patient, understanding, and genuinely caring, making me feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. They not only met my expectations—they exceeded them in every way. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that combines such excellent care with such a personal touch. I am truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me so far and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that puts their patients first

I had my first visit today at Tyler Center For Dental Health and it was absolutely amazing, from the first phone Call to walking out the door. The customer service was phenomenal! The experience was amazing! I did get my teeth cleaned, and I also rescheduled for a couple of appointments. The hygienist Was very Knowledgeable. Thanks to a great team that is committed to excellent service. You guys have understood the assignment of a true dentist office! ❤️

I LOVE THE ENTIRE STAFF! They are professional, kind, extremely wonderful women / Man. I love both the dentist- absolutely the best!!! Their prices are more than reasonable with the options to partake in their dental plan which is better than a private insurance company! Thank you for te best dental clinic in Tyler!

From appointment scheduling to the end of the appointment, all good. Altina, the hygienist we saw, was super nice and very gentle. Dr Josh was very personable. I like the idea he is capable of doing root canals, extractions, perio surgery, implants, all within his scope of practice. I have been a dental hygienist 50 plus years and taught for 11, so I know what to evaluate when looking for a new dental office. We are newcomers to Tyler, TX and loving it. Happy to have found a new dental home after 40 years in the same practice in San Diego.
