I’ve been coming to this clinic for a long time, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is always welcoming, and the care has been consistently great. A huge thank you to Dr. Riad. He’s been my dentist for years, and every visit is a great experience. He’s kind, professional, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable. I completely trust him and really appreciate the care he gives his patients. Highly recommend this clinic.

The Dentist Omar is a little bit arrogant and rude. If you’re talking or trying to communicate with him, he does not want to hear much Which is very important, he will tell you I don’t want to hear anything right now during the assessment. I don’t want you to talk basically just be quiet, even if you want to tell him something before he probes your mouth. He is set on his way and does not put clients first which is key in a business. I hope one day he can learn to talk to people a little bit nicer and not be so arrogant and demanding.

I had a great experience at Tustin Dental Center. Dr. Omar and the entire staff were kind, professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than hour. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my appointment. What impressed me most was Dr. Omar's honesty. I have dental implants, and for years I've been told by other dentists that I needed periodontal maintenance that often resulted in expensive out-of-pocket costs. At this visit, Dr. Omar took the time to evaluate my situation and explained that periodontal maintenance wasn't necessary for me. There was no pressure, no guilt, and no attempt to sell me services I didn't need. This was honestly the first dental appointment in years where I didn't leave feeling stressed, pressured, or worried about unexpected charges. Highly recommend coming here! 😊

Over the years, I've been to many dentists. All were competent. Dr. Omar Elessawy is special. His skills are top-notch. But he also offers a sincere touch of caring and healing that is above & beyond. His staff reflects those same qualities. Hakimah, the hygienist, is superb! Friendly and professional. This team is talented - and has the latest technically-advanced dental equipment. I'm glad I found them.

He has a great sense of humor, is extremely professional, and works with impressive skill and confidence. The procedures were so smooth that you barely feel anything, and before you realize it, the job is already done. He quickly understands the patient’s needs and handles everything with precision. I had a root canal, a crown, and a molar extraction, and all of them went very well. He made sure the crown fit perfectly, and even the molar extraction was smooth and easy. I really appreciated how carefully he handled everything. In my opinion, he is one of the best dentists in Orange County. Thank you so much, Dr. Omar. Marcy is honestly like an angel. She is always smiling, incredibly caring, and very professional. She answers every question with patience and makes you feel completely comfortable. What impressed me the most is how she seems to understand what you need even before you say anything. Her kindness, attention, and positive energy make a big difference for any patient. I was also lucky that Mariana helped me on my first day. That showed me that the caring attitude is not only Marcy, it’s Mariana and the whole team. She was kind, supportive, and very professional, and that gave me a great first impression of the clinic. They are also very quick when communicating with the insurance, and they built my crown very fast. The team keeps following up with you and calls to find the best appointment that fits your schedule. I truly appreciate the effort they make to take care of their patients. Thank you again to Dr. Omar, Marcy, Mariana, and the entire follow-up team for the professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Best dental care I’ve ever received. The entire team are so incredibly kind and caring and professional. I get so nervous with dental care and the dentists were so sweet and comforting it genuinely made it the bet’s experience I’ve ever had.
