Dr Yoni is Very professional Very knowledgeable and cuts to the chase. The Entire staff is Very helpful and very effective. The Office is a beautiful atmosphere. Great vibes all around. Extremely friendly people to deal with.

I had a toothache and contacted them on a Sunday. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who assisted me to make an appointment for the following day. I am a new patient. The experience I had from that phone call to the end of my appointment was extremely pleasant in unpleasant circumstances. Everyone was very nice. Very efficient and a wonderful facility. I will be returning for my cleaning and check ups. Very pleased.

Dr. Julius Gerstel gave me my first root canal and made it extremely comfortable and eased my anxiety. He even squeezed me in on his schedule when I needed a rushed procedure - something he did not have to do since it was poor planning on my part. He made sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the entire procedure and brought atmosphere and laughs into the room. I highly recommend Dr. Gerstel and his team.

I was extremely nervous about needing a root canal, but Dr. Julius Gerstel and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. It was my first time at North Dover Dental. My new patient appt wasn’t until August, but I received a call that there was an earlier appt available so it got moved up to June. I was seen shortly after I arrived, the facility was impeccably clean, and the staff was very friendly and thorough. The dentist isn’t my favorite place to be overall, but they made the experience more enjoyable. I’d recommend :)

I hesitated to write this, but I felt it was important to share feedback about a recent experience at this office. I understand dental visits can be stressful for many patients, and I came into this appointment especially anxious due to a recent death in my family and the very difficult months leading up to it. As a result, I had fallen behind on my cleaning appointments and was already feeling embarrassed and nervous. I did my best throughout the visit to remain respectful and cooperative. Unfortunately, several comments made by the hygienist felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. Statements such as, “If you don’t let me scrape this tooth, you’re going to lose it,” and “We have other hygienists if you think I’m too rough,” came across as snarky rather than supportive, especially after I had explained my anxiety. What upset me most, however, were repeated comments said loudly regarding my insurance status and the cost of a mouth guard, including, “You don’t have insurance and the mouth guard will be too expensive for you.” I found this inappropriate and embarrassing. Whether or not I have insurance should not lead to assumptions about what I am willing or able to invest in my oral health. I want to emphasize that the dentist himself was very kind, and the office is beautiful, modern, and clean. This message is not meant to attack anyone, but simply to encourage more sensitivity toward anxious patients who may already feel vulnerable while seeking care. Dr. Yoni and all the staff are absolutely amazing! They are kind, gentle, caring and always attentive to my anxiousness. They make me feel relaxed. Jenny does my cleanings and I always look forward to seeing her smiling face! Highly recommend!

Great first visit at NDD! I had a broken bonding. Dr.Gerstel is amazing! So knowledgeable & always great at explaining & putting my anxiety at ease. I was never in any pain throughout the procedure. The staff was also very accommodating & helped tremendously with my treatment today. I have already booked my cleaning here. Definitely thumbs up, very good experience.
