Fatima at the front desk was excellent and got my insurance properly situated. Amar gave me a brief tour and did a great job handling the x-rays. Doctor Ng was also outstanding in the analysis and re-cementing of my crown. Great facility and a wonderful team of people working together while effectively using the latest technologies. I’m very happy with my first experience at Syracuse Family Dental. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for the last two years and have been very happy with the standard of care. Today in particular I had to go in for two fillings - the team was very efficient and friendly, and I was (no joke) in and out in under 45 minutes. And I was properly numbed up! Other redheads know how hard that can be for some dentists. Overall, I love going here and highly recommend it.

I really appreciate the staff at Family Dental😊 Everyone is professional and kind. The facility is very clean! Love it!! And my Dental Hygienist is amazing ! She is very thorough and she took her time to answer my questions and any concerns that I had at the time. Thank you All very Much💖💖💖💖

I would say one of the best if not the best experience at a dentist's office. To be honest with you it was strange feeling like I did because everybody made me feel like I was just walking into my own home, you know? Everybody was very kind and courteous and I can usually tell when somebody's being disingenuous but everybody there was clearly genuinely interested in my comfortability. I really appreciated that a lot.

Excellent experience with Amar, Laurel and Dr G! Amar was very nice and gentle and the x-rays were nice and easy. The hygienist Laurel was amazing! Both her and Dr G took the time to explain everything and made the cleaning comfortable and stress free. Amar was friendly and attentive, and Dr. G was professional and reassuring. Highly recommend this team!

My Dr. was so kind, caring, listened to my concerns, asked my opinion and did not judge me, she did not dictate to me and I appreciate that so much. The Dental assistant was so gentle with me because I am not fond of the dentist -she even gave me a stress ball. I needed that 😂 - I grew up military if you know you know. 😱. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I was even given a gift. Unfortunately I am not able to afford the service I need at this time but I will be back. Thank you for being courteous and making me feel comfortable. Verne

We had such a great experience with this office! They were able to get us in right away for my child’s chipped tooth even though we were new patients, which meant so much to us. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. My son is very scared of needles, and the entire team was so patient, gentle, and understanding with him. They truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. We were so impressed that we transferred all of our children — as well as myself and my husband — to this practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and efficient dental team!
