I’m not sure I can say enough good things about this place! I’m 37 years old and unfortunately lost the majority of my teeth before the age of 32. DGOS worked with me financially and once that was taken care of, I had oral surgery to remove the remaining parts of teeth and some themselves. That process was so smooth. They made sure I was comfortable at every turn while the oral surgery was taking place. From start to finish, I was treated professionally and with respect no matter who I encountered. I will specifically shout out Rachael, Rayze, Rory and Dr. Cheng, they were great! Thank you so much for the care you provided me. The teeth are absolutely beautiful!

My dentist and dental hygienist were very professional and competent. My teeth look amazing. It was quality care. I used to go to this group for several years and then moved about 100 miles away. After being disappointed for two years with a new dentist near my new location, I am now back. This group is worth the 100 mile trip. 🦷🪥

Very welcoming staff. Very informative and makes you feel the most comfortable helping to reduce anxiety. They really take time with you and explain every detail of your procedure and encourage you to ask any questions you may have. Highly recommend and will be returning for all my dental needs.

The waiting room and office staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wait time was very short, and my appointment started right on time. My hygienist, Maggie, was extremely efficient and gentle. My teeth looked and felt great when she was finished. The dentist came in promptly after Maggie called them in and was very friendly, personable, and easy to talk with. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend the Dental Group of Springfield.

Dental Group of Springfield is wonderful. It’s a nice office full of friendly people. Everyone I have ever spoken to is so kind and caring. Dr Chen and her team is wonderful. I’m very pad a couple ugly dental emergencies this year and they have gotten me in quick and taken such good care of me. I have such anxiety when it comes to dental work due to a bad past experience but they are so good and I don’t know very feel any pain. Thanks for being the best!

The whole office staff was great as usual. From the woman who checked me in, Angie explaining my insurance options, my friend and hygienist Ann who checked in on me and I have known for years. Of course my favorite Dr. Chen. The whole staff there is the best and over the years have always made my visits good. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because they are the best in town.
