I’ve been going to DentalWorks in Skokie for many years, and now my daughter has been a patient there for years as well. We have always had such positive experiences. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Picchetti has been my dentist for years, and he is wonderful. I also especially appreciate Celeste, Annie, and Heidi, who always make our visits pleasant and make us feel well cared for. There are many other great members of the team as well, but these are the people we have worked with most often over the years. I’m very grateful to have a dental office that both my daughter and I feel comfortable with and trust. I highly recommend DentalWorks Skokie!

I’ve been coming to DentalWorks in Skokie for the last few years and they always do a great job with my cleanings, fillings, and other dental work. The receptionists are always nice and friendly. Annie was the hygienists that did my last teeth cleaning and she was extremely nice and professional.

I had a great first experience at Dental Works in Skokie. The office is clean and updated. Every staff member was friendly, especially Annie the Hygienist. The wait was short. My husband also had a great experience here. No complaints!

The team here is great! I had no wait time when I walked in. Annie, my hygienist, was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, personable, caring, and kind which is everything you hope for when seeing any medical professional. It is a well run office and you can tell everyone knows what they are doing, I also really appreciate the upfront pricing.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Everyone, including the front desk, is so kind, friendly, and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results and comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve had two fillings, a crown, and a cleaning here, and every visit has been great. I’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend them!

I have been going here for about five years. Received cleanings, fillings and crowns. I always find services here to be excellent quality. The dental and office staff are competent and friendly. Lead times on appointments and office waiting times are always minimal. They are one of the few offices in this area that take my dental plan and they work to maximize my benefits.

The staff here is honestly the best. The front desk crew is always on top of everything. Annie (the hygienist) gives the best TLC, she always makes me laugh and giggle through the cleanings but is still super hardworking and thorough. Marisa (the assistant) is so attentive and detailed; she literally remembers everything about my life from over the years just because she cares. Sometimes as clients/patrons/customers we forget the employees are regular people who are trying their best. But these ladies honestly go completely above and beyond. You walk in and they immediately know who you are. They deserve all the credit in the world!

My first visit was for dental xrays and discussion of treatment plan. Celeste at front desk is super friendly! I like that she explained to me upfront what my insurance will cover and how much I'll have to pay out of pocket. Mari did my dental xrays. She walked me through what she was doing and explained the xray results. Annie, the dental.hygienist, discussed my treatment plan, what she was going to do and why. She showed me all the things that were going to be used for my treatment . After that, I scheduled my appointment for cleaning/treatment. April 27, I went for my 1st cleaning/treatment session. Celeste was there to greet me with a warm smile. Annie was again explaining everything she was doing. I can tell she was very thorough. Her hand was firm and steady but also gentle at the same time. Overall, my experience so far has been great and I know all my future ones will be the same.
