I was greated by the receptionist at the door with a smile. My hygienist was WONDERFUL. Very pleasant cleaning experience. Gentle hands and thorough too. My dentist was fun. Those goofy glasses made me laugh. His assistant was kind and pleasant. Good visit.

Dr and staff were very informative of what was needed, very friendly and efficient. There work was thorough and seen to my needs. Excellent to put their trust in your dental needs. The staff was vey professional, comfortable atmosphere and would highly recommend. Had an appointment with Hygenist today, great personality, professional and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about Shreveport Dental Solutions! I’m fairly new to the area and I’m so glad I found this office! I was dealing with severe tooth pain and initially thought it was a wisdom tooth issue. Thankfully, they offer convenient online scheduling, including emergency appointments, and I was able to book an appointment online and get seen first thing the next morning. It turned out that I actually had a cavity. I was also scheduled to travel out of town the following day, and the team went above and beyond to make it work. They literally worked me into their schedule, accommodated me between other patients, and even stayed longer to make sure I could receive the treatment I needed before leaving town. That level of flexibility and genuine care really meant a lot to me. Dr. Ben Kacos was extremely professional and compassionate. One of the first things he asked me was, “How can I best take care of you?” That may sound simple, but it immediately made me feel like my care was his priority. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor ask me that before. The entire staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. The office is clean and organized, and they have up-to-date technology. More than anything, the overall atmosphere and energy of the office are amazing. You can tell that everyone genuinely cares about their patients. I can confidently say that I’ve found my dentist moving forward. I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Ben Kacos and the entire Shreveport Dental Solutions team. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, flexible, caring, and willing to go the extra mile for their patients, I highly recommend them!

I always enjoy my experience at Shreveport Dental Solutions! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. The team always listens to what I am experiencing and desire, and builds my care plan based on that. Dr. Patel always takes his time when evaluating and working on my teeth. I also appreciate the financial clarity they provide. They give you clarity on what things cost before they perform the work to give you the autonomy in your care decisions. I am confident in the care that I receive at this office and will continue visiting for my dental care.

Great experience. Had a dental emergency. Used the site, booked the appointment, filled out all paperwork, and was seen in less than 15 minutes when I arrived. They got me in the following day where they will be performing a root canal and 3D print my crown and insert it the same day. The service is some of the best i have ever experienced. Thank you to the team for everything! Following up! Today was the same as yesterday. This place is amazing. The level of service is unmatched. They gave me a quick tour and showed me how my crown was designed and created. Thank you again for the great care and concern.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tara, my hygienist, was amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Patel was wonderful as well and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. She did an outstanding job keeping me calm while being professional and thorough throughout the entire appointment. She carefully evaluated my gum health, checked me for signs of periodontal disease, and made the whole process very comfortable. Instead of a cleaning, I had a comprehensive assessment that included X-rays, a detailed examination, and a thorough discussion of my oral health. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how thoughtfully my care plan was outlined. The dentist I saw, Dr. Benjamin Kacos, was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to review everything with me, listen to my concerns, and clearly explain the next steps for my dental care. I felt well-informed and genuinely cared for throughout the visit. The entire team has excellent bedside manner. They listen carefully, don't rush patients, and take time to ensure everything is understood. They also use advanced dental technology, including detailed imaging and diagnostic tools, which helped me better understand my oral health and feel confident in the plan moving forward.
