SmileCross dental office in Schoharie has been a great place for all my dental needs. The hygienist, Nancy, is very professional and friendly. I tried a few other places over the years due to insurance, but always come back to SmileCross because of the service, professionalism, cleanliness, and the appointments are always handled in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

SHOUT out to Smile Cross Dental!! Best cleaning I've had in years. I won't mention the name, but | went to a big name dental place and was told I had periodontal's disease. They did my x-rays and said that I needed to give them $1200 down for a cleaning, and fix my teeth. That was just a down payment because my teeth were gonna fall out if | didn't get some work done on them. I went to smile Cross dental they cleaned my teeth. They did a couple more x-rays. They said my teeth looked great and all I needed was a crown. I was nervous about the price but when they told me, I said I can afford that!! So no bull crap, no sales, and I'll have a new crown in a couple of months. I'm a very happy customer. If you're looking for a dentist, I would highly suggest making them your first stop.

My family and i ended up switching dentists because our previous provider, to us, ran more like a money making business than a dental clinic. The staff at SmileCross really do ensure the visit is stress/anxiety free which was lovely. I had to take out my nose ring for the pano i had to do and i was just going tk put it in my bag but one of the staff who was taking my pano gave me a small bag so i didn’t lose it inside. Everyone is very friendly and reassuring. Dr. Gardocki is a very kind person and was very patient with me during my visit. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Jess, was also very kind and was willing to answer all of my wuestions and took her time during my cleaning. The receptionists were kind to me on the phone and in person, and the whole energy of the clinic is nothing but kindness!

I’m honestly no even sure what happened? My experience here was so confusing. I went twice, once for an emergency in which I was brushed off and told I was not having an emergency. I was asked to return in two weeks. The very kind receptionist got me in sooner. I came in at a time that wasn’t very convenient for me but I made it work because teeth (!) and was met by a hygienist who seemed nice but super unfamiliar with her tools. At one point she asked if something was “going to fall off in [her] mouth”???? When I told her nicely that made me really nervous, she blamed everyone in the office, took it personally, and then just skipped cleaning my teeth altogether. I promise you I said nothing rude to this woman at all and the whole episode was very confusing. She came back in with the dentist who very briefly reviewed my x rays only to tell me that I was “too nervous” and “needed to be sedated” and would refer me. Again, super confusing bc I’ve had dental work and never been sedated? Sedation is risky? People get nervous at the dentist and I’ve only met her twice and was very polite? Just like!?? As I was trying to get out of there as fast as possible, feeling pretty humiliated, honestly. The owner stopped me and kept insisting I talk to her. I had to tell her at least three times that it was not a good time and that I just wanted to pay and leave. Felt really bothered by that. While I was writing this review, they texted me! Seems like this is unusual for them, given their other reviews but if there is even a little chance they treat you like this, huge nope - go somewhere else!

Such an amazing dentist! After a nightmare situation at Aspen dental we decided to just drive an hour to a smaller practice within our insurance network and I’m so glad we did. Every single person starting at the front desk is caring and professional. The hygienists and dentists are great. I’ve only had good experiences here the last few years.

I was in need of a new dentist and was recommended to SmileCross Dental by a friend. Yes, it's a bit of a drive from Albany but absolutely worth it. The staff was super nice and professional. I asked to be putting the cancelation list and they were able to see me four months earlier than my initial new patient appointment. Dr. Morgan was awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I had such a great experience here! Everything was easy from start to finish and everyone was so kind and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and the process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how caring and friendly everyone was. They even sent me a little aftercare email which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!
