I'm trying to schedule a biopsy from a referral. So far my experience has not been good. When I finally got through to someone at the actual office she was pretty rude. I left a message but no return phone call. Hopefully I'll be able to update this review with more positive comments once the biopsy is actually scheduled. I love that the phone number the reply sent me was to a voicemail that was full. Great job! Great service!🤮 Update: I called a dental office in Norwalk, explained the situation, and they were able to get me right in. Don't waste your time or money with Bright Now. They are the DMV of dentistry.

Great staff all around. They were amazing with my adult son who is autistic and intellectually disabled. The only issue I had was calling to get my son rescheduled for his procedure, left voicemails with no return call and no one would answer the phone. Finally a call center for them from another state was able to reschedule him. Other than that great service!

Started out kinda rocky - not their fault. My insurance went into effect on 7/1 so my appointment was scheduled for then. They weren’t able to verify my coverage so I had to reschedule. I went in the next week and had the X-rays and new patient services. I had been having issues with a back tooth that currently had a crown. He recommended to have it extracted. So today I went it to have it pulled. Several years ago I had a tooth pulled from another dentist and even though I was numb I could feel pressure and feel him pulling and twisting to remove the tooth- so that’s what I was expecting. So he gave me the shot to numb it and then he said he’s take the crown off first. I could feel him pulling the crown -it didn’t hurt just pressure. Then he said ok it’s out. Well I thought he meant the crown but he meant the tooth was out. I didn’t feel any tugging or pulling or any thing! I totally recommend Dr. Orlando 100%! They told me to take IBUPROFEN before the numbness wore off so I took a couple around 7 PM and it’s almost 10 and it feels good. I ate a frosty a little while ago and it’s all good! Sorry so long but he was awesome!

If you like, sitting at the dentist office in the reception area for an hour and a half without being acknowledged, then I recommend them. I finally went up to the counter and asked them if they forgot about me and they said, oh, you there is one more person in front of you.So it's gonna be another hour. ...THEN FINALLY said...would you like to reschedule? Really? And sitt in your 80 degree waiting room for another hour and a half without even a nod. No thanks.

If I could rate 0 I would I went in for X-rays and that went fine, and I scheduled my next appointment. They cancelled my appointment 3 times. But the third time I got a reminder call for the appointment that was supposedly still happening. So I tried to call, see what was going on and I ended up needing to leave 4/5 voicemails with no response over the week before my appointment. So I called the day before my appointment, and dialed 1 for new patient and the person on the phone said that my appointment was still on for the next day. I ended up cancelling it because at that point it was clear that they were not at all professional. I have very bad anxiety around dentists, and because of all of this I didn't trust them to do the work I need. But that wasn't even the worst part. I ended up going to a new dentist, and I had to go back to brightnow for my X-rays and to sign a paper for HIPAA privacy and give them permission to send them (which is proper procedure). They said they would send them to the email address for my new dentist. That was a week ago, and when I showed up to my new dentists office they said they never received the X-rays. So I had to call them AGAIN. I guess the star can go to the person I spoke to today, who actually sent them while I was on the phone. She was very nice and understood my frustration. But I will never recommend this place to anyone. So unprofessional, so untrustworthy, so frustrating.

After months and months of non sense created by this company, which over complicated the process and delayed our appointment, they do not respect you or your time. We were not brought in the back until 52 minutes AFTER our appointment time. And 68 minutes until they actually started doing anything. This is after being forced to commute an extra hour to come to this location. I think bright now is terrible. They don't care about the customer. They are designed to pump money out of you and your insurance. If you can avoid bright now you should. Go find a small practice were you are not just another number in their customer farm.

I would be very cautious bringing your child to this office. The dentist recommended a fluoride treatment (SDF) for my 4-year-old’s upper front teeth but did not clearly explain that it would permanently turn the decayed areas black informed my sons father it would “fade”. My child now has very noticeable black spots on his front teeth upper teeth-something that should have been fully disclosed before treatment, especially in such a visible area. They provided my son’s dad with the paper on this SDF after the appointment was already over . These are teeth he will have for a few more years, and the cosmetic impact is significant. While I understand this treatment can stop cavities, I’m just distraught over the fact that a dentist recommended such a thing for a four-year-olds front upper teeth,, any other part of the mouth I may have understood but I have spoken to multiple dentists offices and after relaying my issue/situation their reaction was the exact same,the lack of clear communication and informed consent is a serious concern. As a parent, you should not be put in a position where you’re surprised by a permanent cosmetic outcome on your child’s smile. On top of that, scheduling has been consistently frustrating. Appointments are frequently rescheduled or canceled without knowing it and long wait times past your scheduled appointment seem to be the norm, which is especially difficult with young children. If you do choose to come here, ask very detailed questions about every recommended treatment, all side effects, and be prepared for scheduling issues. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage other parents to think twice and consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here. I can not wait for this nightmare to be over .

Our first appointment was a little bit of a wait but it was okay. We came in for the procedure for my daughters teeth, that was scheduled for 920 am... we were here at 9 am, signed the paperwork and had a seat in their waiting area and continued to wait. Two in a half hours and me loosing my patience, because we were still in the lobby. The pediatric receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and rude, kept saying the doctor is busy, nothing further. I drove an hour to this location because of the procedure my daughter needs its the only Bright Now location in our area that does it. A lady came from the back and brought us into what I'm going to say is a storage closet that has another child's records exposed to us and boxes. And then you can clearly hear the pediatric receptionist, talking about my child and I, to another employee. Most unprofessional dentist office I have ever had in 34 years.
