Very unprofessional these days, cant even get scheduled to my actual dentist then when I ask to they tell me “I should’ve already done that”, they constantly push me out to get a root canal cap changed and said he can bight tight it’s had some pdm, they don’t care for you just trying to collect a quick check. Call center is rude and very disrespectful and they need to do a full revamp from the front seat all the way down to the rest of the staffing!

I’ve been bringing my son Cameron here for a few years now. He is very sensitive to the dentist and they are so gentle with him. I also recently received a bill I had questions about and Ann was able to help and explain to me exactly what was going on with my insurance. Ann was so helpful and has been amazing help ever since I had braces some years ago. I knew her originally from Dr. Thomas.It is so nice to see a familiar face that is always so kind. Thank you To the entire team!

Here is my story … I called for an appointment as I was having tooth pain. They got me in quickly. I was sitting in the chair & told I would be seen by Dr. Edwards. When Dr. Edward’s came in , she never introduced herself to me. She only sat behind me & talked in a low, whispery voice. She asked me to open my mouth, tapped my upper tooth twice & stated I needed a root canal & a crown. She stated that the previous dentist had indicated that. I told her he actually indicated that on a tooth on the other side. She snapped ,” I can only go by what I’m reading “. She spent less than 5 minutes assessing my tooth & just left. They stated they were making referrals for an endontist & an antibiotic. I never received a call from either endontist. Not feeling comfortable with the diagnosis or care, I went to a reputable dentist who informed me that she had misdiagnosed my need for a root canal & crown & totally misdiagnosed the tooth that was infected. I have been a Registered nurse for 36 years and I never had a doctor not introduce themselves, Look me in the eye and talk to me like I mattered. not only was the professionalism of this specific doctor Edwards very poor. Her assessment was less than five minutes with a missed diagnosis. I would not recommend this dental practice!

I received billings from them that my dental ins should have paid for Exams and X-rays. But they did not. So the amounts were passed on to me to pay. The reasons given for non- payment by the insurance carrier was "time limitations exceeded for submitting claims. Why am I paying for office mistakes? Also, I recently had a cap done to my lower right hand side, the last tooth in the back. They spread the mold material very liberaly then lifted it while doing so they they pulled the cap off the tooth in front of it.

This place is amazing. My wife has been bringing our kids here for years. We were recently going on a cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary and about three weeks before the cruise i found out that one of my front teeth was reasorbing and was going to break off at any time. Dr Edwards went above and beyond to try and save my tooth long enough to get through our vacation. It worked out great and we are back from an amazing time with tons of pictures of my BIG smile with all of my teeth. Now that we are back im looking forward to getting it fixed for good by having them install an implant so I no longer have to worry about it breaking. Thank you sooooo much Dr Edwards for thinking outside of the box and going above and beyond. My wife is extremely happy with how our pictures turned out. 😃

My husband has been a patient there for several years. Today, Ann was very very rude to him and he will not be returning. This is not the first time she has been rude and condescending towards him but it will be the last.
