Wonderful experience! The office staff is very professional, prompt with communication, and genuinely great people. The Dental Assistant was excellent to work with, and Dr Shaw was awesome as well. I wasn’t treated like a number on a patient request. I will not go anywhere else after today. Good service, a staff, and dentist that actually care are few and far between in this day and age. It was a great experience.

They were very warm & friendly. I usually feel very anxious & have chills during dental visits. But I was made to feel very calm & they had a blanket waiting on me (one of the things they offered on my intake papers to make me feel more comfortable during my visit). Dr. Shah was very nice & took time to listen to my concerns & also address issues he identified. All of the staff were very nice. It’s even a beautiful office with a nice atmosphere. I have another appointment already scheduled. I’m excited to see what’s in store instead of dreading the outcome. There’s a big difference.😊

Dr. Shah and Holly provided the best dental experience I have ever had! Friendly, professional, helpful, understanding, compassionate and they really took the time to understand my needs as a patient! Outstanding!!! Dr. Shaw is a top notch dentist! Together with his wonderful staff, they strive together to make sure that no request is too large or small when it comes to the comfort of their patients. They are not happy until the patient is satisfied.

I am "dental phobic" so it's very rare for me to give a dental office a glowing review. But, Dr. Shah and his team made me a believer. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be painful or scary. My dental hygienist, Jordan was so gentle (I didn't know there was such a thing). And, Dr. Shah is kind, personable and gentle. He also took the time to explain everything. It really was a great experience.

The staff here is excellent. This was the first time I’ve had a cleaning where it didn’t hurt for no reason, and Robin was incredible. They made me feel very comfortable and also gave me new information about my teeth that no one ever took the time to figure out before. Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and made me feel at home. The whole visit was very smooth and informative. I’m actually looking forward to coming back and keeping up with my dental health with this great team.
