I hadn’t had a dental cleaning in a few years, so I was a little nervous about finding a new dental office, but I truly could not have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Millie, who had also helped me over the phone the day before with my insurance. She was so welcoming and made everything incredibly easy, which immediately helped calm my nerves. I was then seen by Dr. Hanhan and Daiyanah right at my scheduled appointment time, which was so appreciated! They took the time to explain everything we would be doing during my visit. Daiyanah did all of my X-rays, which is usually my least favorite part of going to the dentist, but she was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind that I honestly didn’t mind them at all! Dr. Hanhan was extremely calm and so nice, she really cares about her patients and establishing a treatment plan just like she did for me today! Millie even came back from the front desk to personally explain the pricing and insurance breakdown to me. I’ve never had a dental office take the time to do that before, and it made such a difference. I felt completely involved in the process and actually understood exactly what I was being charged for and what my insurance covered. I then met Gabby, who cleaned my teeth, and she was amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made the entire cleaning so comfortable. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made what I was nervous about going into such an easy and positive experience. I would 100% recommend this dental office and their team, especially to anyone who may be nervous about going to the dentist or hasn’t been in a while. I’m so glad I chose them! I had a great experience from start to finish! Dee did an excellent job with my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. Emely was awesome during my deep cleaning, she was thorough, professional, and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kristina Hanhan was also fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed done, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice, caring, and professional. Going to the dentist isn’t always something you look forward to, but the entire team made it a genuinely pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend them!

I had an amazing experience at Riverview Modern Dentistry today! Rachel, my dental hygienist, was incredibly kind, gentle, and thorough. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did an excellent job explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Hanhan was just as wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and made the visit stress-free from start to finish. I had my braces removed today, and they made the experience even more exciting! I’d like to share my experience after visiting this dental office for the first time. I was nervous because I hadn’t taken care of my dental health in a very long time. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable. The office has helpful and informative displays throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t even wait five minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Dietrich greeted me first and took a few minutes to get to know me. It felt more like talking to a family member than meeting a dentist for the first time. After that, I had a comprehensive exam, and I was truly impressed by the advanced technology they use. I was cared for by about six different team members, and every one of them was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. At the end of my visit, Dr. Dietrich carefully reviewed my digital images and explained in detail everything I need to improve my dental health. I left feeling informed, confident, and motivated to move forward with my treatment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and exceptional customer service! P.D Millie helped explain the costs to me and was very kind. And Gabby is an excellent receptionist. I felt like I was at a dental version of Disney!

New client experience here. Tina on the phone did my intake and was able to get me in the next day. Receptionist was kind and managed an influx of customers very well. My technician "T" was engaging and genuine. Dr Misiewicz was thorough, explained what to expect for the visit and then followed up with explanations as I was guided through a very different but welcomed approach to a dental examination. I appreciate the offices apparent attention to modern dental technology and tests. Tina gave me a informative insurance breakdown of the work done and options and I can to move forward. Gabby was great too, just didn't spend as much time with them. Overall, 5 star experience, no complaints.

The office is modern and clean. The receptionists are very kind and attentive. Dr. Hanhan greeted me, which I have never experienced at a dental office before! Dr. Hanhan asked about my reason for coming in today and proceeded to inform me of what to expect of my first-time visit to the office. The dental assistant greeted me quickly and, with amazing bedside manner, completed all of my x-rays. I felt in great care and company with all of the staff. There was a longer than expected wait for the hygienist to get to me; she was amazing though and extremely thorough. A nearly perfect experience!

Dr. Thomas, April, Gabby, and Tris have now positively changed my feelings when it comes to dental work. Upon entering the office, I was pleasantly greeted by office manager Tris and her billing explanation and knowledge are light years beyond other dentist I have been to. Once entering the patient room and receiving x-rays from Ms. April, everything I thought about dentistry turned upside down. The conversations, explanations, and the out of this world care for patient’s is clear and present at this office. Gabby, my hygienist was wonderful and collectively as a team I can clearly see why they are rated high and recommended. Clear, explanations, and unlimited transparency, made me feel absolutely comfortable during my visit. This will not be the last, and now my family will be getting their work done here as well. Tristan, Dr. Dietrich, & Teasja were amazing! I needed an emergency appt after cracking my tooth and was in excruciating pain! Not only did they squeeze me in AND take me back early, the atmosphere was amazing! Dr. Dietrich explained everything to where I could understand what services I needed/received & I felt the genuine concern they gave me. Also, the finance options can’t be beat! I live in Gainesville, FL but with a dental team this good, I’ll be making them my permanent dental home! Keep up the great work guys!!! There’s so much more wonderful things I could say, but check them out and experience it for yourself/family! Tristan & Teasja were exceptionally friendly, patient, & super understanding.

Dr. Hanhan truly stands out. She takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient, and makes sure she fully understands your needs and concerns. What I appreciated most is how thoroughly she explains everything, so you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. She was with me from beginning to end during my treatment, which is honestly unheard of and made such a difference. Tris was also amazing—kind, attentive, and made the whole visit even more pleasant.
