I had such a wonderful experience with this dental office! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, the front office staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect throughout my visit. We also want to give a special shout-out to the dental technician. They were extremely patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and made sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell when someone takes pride in their work and cares about their patients. The entire team created such a positive and comfortable environment. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and genuine compassion are hard to find, and this office has all three. I highly recommend their services. My initial consult was thorough and I truly felt the staff cared about my concerns and needs. I was offered multiple opinions on Invisalign and everyone who briefed me did an amazing job at explaining things so I’d have the best information to make a decision. Overall, the office is nice, clean and the staff does their best to make you feel at home as well as educate their patients to make the appropriate decisions for your dental needs.

I walked in as a new patient with an emergency and no appointment, and they still took me in and evaluated everything right away. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Most importantly, they were so thorough. They took X-rays, showed me exactly where the issue was, and prioritized my pain. They explained everything clearly and walked me through my options without ever making me feel overwhelmed. I came in stressed, but left feeling informed and taken care of.
