Love this office! I had Sandra as my hygienist and she was very efficient and professional. The office has expanded and is clean and beautiful. Lets not forget about the Doctor, love Dr Palensuela I have been her friend patient for well over 20 years!!! Also the front staff Audra is very easy to deal with!!!

I used to dread going to the dentist out of fear of discomfort, but this practice completely changed my perspective. The dental hygienist is exceptionally gentle and thorough during cleanings, and the dentist provides honest, top-tier care without ever recommending unnecessary procedures. ​I also really appreciate their use of modern technology—he recently made a retainer for me using a digital mouth scanner, which meant no messy impression material at all. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a comfortable, trustworthy dental experience.

Always a wonderful experience. I’ve been seeing Dr Palenzuela for over 15 years. Even after I moved to miami, I still continue to see her. The office is extremely friendly and efficient. I arrived 9:35 for a 9:40 appt and I was in the chair by 9:40. They Hygenist was painless and thorough. Dr Palenzuela always stops by to re-examine prior to me leaving and to assure all is ok. Me and my family have been going to Dr. Palenzuela for years with excellent results. Routine cleaning, yearly x-rays and recently an implant that Dr. Delgado and his staff handled expertly, without delay, carefully and with great results. I couldn't be happier with the care, attention and smiles from everyone, from Aura and Shannon at the front desk to hygienists, assistants and the dentists themselves, starting with Dr. Palenzuela, always smiling. I love going to Plantation Dental Associates. The front desk staff is super professional and friendly. The office is so clean and it’s been recently remodeled, but it was a lovely office prior. The dentists are skilled professionals. Dr. Herbert is the best!! I’ve been going there for over 15 years now. There’s never a long wait if there is a wait at all. Also shout out to Kelly who is the friendliest of them all at the front desk!!

I’m so happy my mom found a Biscayne Dental as our primary dentists. Not only the does the office house a lobby that is stylish, chic, and comfortable. The staff completes the package and really makes sometimes the scariest place you can go feel like home. When I’m there the staff is kind, personable, and attentive. There in house plan is affordable and honestly a steal for the girlies and guys that don’t have insurance, and if you have a parent that isn’t shy to chew you out in public about being responsible it softens the blow to have a staff that makes feel so much like family from the beginning. The dental assistant and Doctor King were very professional and gentle😅 If the meter allowed, it’d be 10 out of 10 stars for me. Thank you Biscayne Dental.
