The hygienist I had Bri was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and safe while cleaning my teeth! And the dentist was very nice and actually welcomed my concerns and talked me through them! They also took my MetLife insurance which is a big help! I will definitely come back again.

I was very happy with Dr. Towner and the comfort he gave me while being in his exam chair, from explaining the situation that is happening with my tooth, to the recommended procedure, and even during the procedure- informing me on the steps in the process. DA + supporting staff were all great as well! I was treated like a close friend rather than a patient. Would definitely recommend this facility go any new individuals looking for a safe environment

I had a very positive experience at Valley Smiles. It had been awhile since I was at a Dental Office and the whole staff made me feel very welcome. I was impressed at the amount of time each staff member spent explaining things and never made me feel rushed or like "just another patient". Dr. Towner was very upfront and knowledgeable and spent time explaining results to me which was appreciated. Thank you for a positive experience.

Update I just popped in for my second visit today and again 5 stars. Same day appt. Fast friendly service and again the best dentist I've seen in a decade. Thank you again! Dr Towner is amazing. He took me in due to a emergency chip on my fornt lower tooth. The atmophere is warm and friendly, everyone really cares about what they do. He did amazing work and was transparent, authentic, and becuase of how well he took care of me we are actually moving dentists so he can be our primary dentist. He is knowledgeable ,professional, and does what he truly feels is in your highest interest. 5 stars all around. At first, I was very hesitant that my dentist sold out. Most of the staff stayed. Im happy to say that im very impressed and happy I stayed as well. Furthermore, Dr Towner does charitible work that he sponsors through his practice. Its not just a way to get notoriety. You can tell the entire practice is passionate about this. Great dental group. Fantastic humanitarian group. God bless their work. Ive been super happy with the buy out. He is great! Especially since sone of the originals stayed. Well done Valley Smiles, and great transition to the new ownership under Dr Towner. He is really good. You wont regret letting him be your family dentist.

Beyond happy I found this dental office. I can honestly say that I've never felt comfortable at any office as much as I do here at Valley Smiles. All staff and Dr. Towner are really great! A1 service from start to finish. Reasonable prices, and they really know what they are doing! Found my forever dental family!
