Dr. Mun and the whole team are absolutely incredible! I love that they’re able to provide so many different procedures in one place, and if there’s ever something they don’t offer, they’re quick to recommend a trusted office and continue to keep up with our case. You can really tell they care about their patients and want the best outcome. The entire team is professional, caring, and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

WARNING!!! ⛔️ DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Get a second opinion before you make a mistake by choosing this dentistry. My husband got his dental implant at this place and what a disaster. They did his surgery there and they did such a botched job. The inside of his mouth were all cut up cheeks, tongue, gum, and all. They didn’t close the incision properly. It was so bad it got infected. We’d told them about it but they keep telling us that it’s normal. Part of the process. The implants they had put in his mouth broke in half TWICE! It didn’t fit right the first time but they insist of sending him home with it. They advertise that you’ll get your implant done in 1 week or less. Well, that’s a lie. The whole process has taken them over 7 months or better and it still doesn’t fit right. His bites are so off, every time he eats, he chomp down so hard at times and end up chomping down on his own cheeks! It was not a cheap procedure. It was a little over $30,000. They’re not helpful at all when we tried to tell them about this. They told us that they’ll have to charge us for fixing their mess. What a disappointment. I don’t want anyone else to go through this, that is why I’m writing this lengthy review.

I’ve been a Castle Dental customer my whole life, therefore I was extremely hesitant in switching providers. I’ve never been happier in doing so! I just finished my initial appointment and I couldn’t wait to get online and rave about it. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for Thursday. I received text reminders and was able to fill out my forms online. I hardly waited to be seen. My X-Rays were taken by Camila. She was SO kind and SO funny. I was then seen by the hygienist. Followed by the dentist (I am unfortunately terrible with names and I can’t remember their names, but I hope this review finds them). I expressed my desire to get my cleaning done and they were able to squeeze me in. Camila led me to another hygienist (whose name I also can’t remember). I am not the type to get anxiety while at the dentist, but, her friendly demeanor is certain to put anyone at ease. She was so incredibly kind and eager to answer all of my questions. I later met with a treatment plan advisor to discuss some retainers I had requested. I was in and out in 1.5 hours and it feels like I got everything done that I needed to do without having to leave and come back for multiple appointments. Everyone was so proactive and kind. I can’t rave enough. I’m amazed by their organization and their ability to problem solve. Incredible! I can’t wait for my next visit!!!

I have been searching for a good dental cleaning for a while and I am so thankful that I have found Pflugerville Family Denistry and Lacey the Hygienist - she is soo good. I have 2 major things to sing their praises about. 1- Lacey. My mouth and dentist past has been a difficult road. I care about my teeth but have been negligent in finding a good dentist because my last one shamed me and it was hard to go back. Lacey is top notch professional. She took excellent care of me and it was a long cleaning 3 hrs which it needed to be to get everything done. She made sure to get all the tarter and made sure I was at ease and taken care of. I didn’t feel any of it. 2- I am dealing with periodontal disease and I am soo happy to find laser dentistry! Wow. It is so smart that once the tarter is out to treat the gums with a laser to kill any bacteria underneath which is what causes the disease. Brilliant. There are not many dentists that do this. It was a real find to learn they had this. I so wish I knew about this 4 years ago! Wow! Also now my gums have a real chance of forming a tighter bond to the teeth. I feel that with menopause and my hormone changes it really has changed things in my mouth. I feel so blessed to have found PFamily Denistry and Lacey!!! Lacey deserves a big raise. Just saying. She is really good!

After visiting three other dental offices, I decided to go with Pflugerville Family Dentistry. They weren't the cheapest, and they weren't the most expensive, but they were the first place that made me feel completely comfortable. What really impressed me was that there was no pressure. Nobody was trying to sell me a bunch of treatments or rush me into making a decision. They simply listened to what I wanted, answered my questions honestly, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. Another thing I appreciated this is a real dental practice, not one of those places that seems to be running patients through an assembly line. Everyone took their time with me, and I never felt rushed. My procedure is scheduled for the 6th, so this review is based on my experience so far. They've definitely earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me at this point. I'll come back and update my review after my procedure, but so far I feel like I made the right decision.

This office is THE BEST I have ever been to, I have done several treatments here with Dr.mun and Dr.Nguyen and both are amazing. They listened to me and my concerns and was very supportive along the way. The front team and the entire staff is absolutely fantastic. Not only does this office make me feel better about my smile, they make me feel like family. My oral health has improved significantly while choosing this office and apart of my personal journey. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be my dentist 🦷 🪥

I absolutely love this dentist office and have been recommending them to all of my friends here in the area. The Doctors are so professional, extremely helpful, kind and patient. The staff here is wonderful, and I like that they give you payment options. Their office runs like clockwork , during the week at peak hours, they will clear the lobby pretty quickly. The Dr.'s also take the time to explain treatment to you which I whole heartedly appreciated. I had 2 fillings done, a crown, cleaning and tooth removal , all in a span of two months time. Luckily my insurance through Cigna and my FSA covered the bulk . I love this office!

I recently went through a major dental procedure, and naturally I had a lot of questions and some anxiety—but they were so patient, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. Maria was especially wonderful—she took the time to answer all my questions, explain what to expect, and always made me feel at ease. Dr. Mun was also incredible—very knowledgeable, calm, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. On the day of my procedure, everything went smoothly, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The follow-up care has been just as impressive—Jackie even checked on me the very next day and provided her direct number in case I had any issues over the Easter weekend, which meant so much and gave me extra peace of mind. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients, not just clinically but personally.
