Oklahoma City Dental

I had a great experience at Oklahoma City Dental today! I went in for some dental work and a cleaning, and Nathaniel and Linda were both wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and much more at ease throughout my cleaning. They were kind, patient, and made the whole experience feel less stressful. I really appreciate the care they showed me and would definitely recommend Oklahoma City Dental to anyone looking for a friendly and caring dental team! 💛🦷

I am not a big fan of the Dentist, and never have my whole life. Coming to this dental office was an amazing experience. The front office staff Miriska aka “Coffee” LOL and Tiffany, truly made us feel very welcomed . You can truly feel the Unity and family vibes at OKC Dental. Exceptional customer service and passion in what they do, truly makes a difference. I am so happy my Fiancé found this place for us and our daughter. You guys are the best 10/10 (:

1. Improper Billing & Out-of-Pocket Demands My minor daughter required an interim partial denture (flipper) for a missing front tooth. Instead of properly coding and submitting this under SoonerCare's EPSDT guidelines (which cover medically necessary pediatric care), they forced me to pay $350 out-of-pocket using borrowed money. On top of that, they attempted to upsell me an unnecessary $200 fee for "overnight shipping." (BY DOING THIS THAT DAY. SHE MADE SURE THAT SHE HAD EVERYTHING THAT WAY WE WOULD HAVE THE FLIPPER WITHIN A WEEK WHEN WE GOT BACK FROM OUR BUSINESS TRIP IT WOULD BE READY, BUT WHEN WE GOT BACK, I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT AND SHE STATED THAT EVEN THOUGH WE PAID TO GET IT DONE WHILE WE WAIT WAITED ON SOONER CARE TO ACCEPT THE INSURANCE CLAIM AND PAY US BACK ..THAT WE STILL NEED TO COME BACK AND GET MORE IMPRINTS AND PICTURES TOOK IN THAT SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG) 2. Retaliation & Intentional Delay of Pediatric Care When I brought in my insurance provider via phone to advocate for us regarding their billing practices, the front desk retaliated. They suddenly claimed they "lost" or never took the original dental scans and photos—even though they were taken during our initial visit. Because of this, they forced us to make another 3-hour round trip and intentionally delayed my daughter from receiving her appliance by an extra week and a half out of spite. 3. Coercion & Silencing Patient Complaints When we finally returned to the office, staff pulled me into a room before assisting us. They explicitly demanded that I delete my negative review and cancel my insurance grievance before they would complete her care. They even asked me to call my insurance company and tell them to stop their active investigation into the clinic! Holding a child’s paid-for dental appliance hostage and conditioning medical care on the deletion of a Google review and the dropping of a state grievance is unethical, predatory, and unacceptable. Do not trust this clinic with your children, your care, or your money. Watch these girls at the front desk (my insurance talk to them about my appointment before coming to make sure that everything was good when I got there they told me that my insurance lied about speaking with them even though they had notes to prove it)

Staff are super friendly, helpful. They explain all options, Dr. Collette saved me from an unnecessary root canal, instead he was able to do a crown. Due to nerves being undamaged. Super greatful, shout out to Gab he's assisted with me before and he's awesome !!!!

Staff is great. Very helpful and informative. It can be kind of loud in the office, between the radio, drilling, suctions and people talking. But I'm also sensory sensitive so it might just be a me issue. I'll be coming back though. Hopefully my headphones just work next time 🤣

Our first visit to Oklahoma City Dental was truly enjoyable. The front staff was fantastic and managed to fit us in on short notice after our previous dental provider canceled. Nathaniel was especially wonderful; he treated my daughter with great care and made her feel at ease. The doctor and hygienist were also exceptional, doing an excellent job with her cleaning after her braces were recently removed. They took their time to ensure everything was treated, and I genuinely appreciate their efforts. We are grateful for the care we received today and loved our experience!

Nathaniel , Linda, and Dr. Patrick were amazing! All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable and in great care! Looking forward to getting everything situated with them for my best smile!! Thank you Oklahoma City Dental! 🫶🏽

100/ 10! I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. My daughter usually has a lot of anxiety and is very bad with dentist appointments, but this time she didn’t even feel anxious at all, she acted like such a grown-up and I was honestly amazed. The dentist (Dr. Young) was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring with her. I also want to thank Linda and Nathaniel, they did an amazing job helping her feel comfortable, and her cleaning went so much better than I expected. They were also very kind and professional with me, and I really appreciated how they even helped me with my baby while I was getting my own cleaning done, that meant a lot and made everything so much easier! That extra care made a big difference and showed how family-oriented and thoughtful they are. Overall, I really recommend this office, they are very gentle, understanding, and great with kids. We will definitely be coming back!

We saw Dr. Zulauf and he was so good! He has the best bedside manner — made my daughter feel completely comfortable and actually excited for her orthodontic appointments. He was thorough and took time to explain everything, and I have no doubt we’ll be thrilled with her smile when the braces come off. There are a lot of orthodontic options out there, but I’m so glad we chose Oklahoma City Dental — it makes such a difference knowing there’s a licensed orthodontist personally overseeing the braces. No wait time, the office staff was friendly and efficient, and my younger one loved the little braces toys in the waiting room. Such a great experience all around! Highly recommend Dr. Zulauf and the entire team.
