I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and was honestly pretty nervous to go anywhere. I chose this clinic and am so glad I did. Everyone that I encountered was kind and attentive and straight to the point. No oversell on anything, just giving me the services I needed to get done and what to do for dental care moving forward. So happy to have found this awesome clinic!

I have been going to Advance Dental for years and had a pretty great experience. I have noticed a lot of new faces in place of the smiling faces I am used to. Normally when I get a cleaning, the first question asked is if I am having any issues since my last visit. Was waiting for that question because in fact I was. I had some discomfort in my fang. Nothing too crazy but enough to notice. I was shown my 6 month old xray saying nothing was wrong. A lot can happen in 6 months! Can we take a look…? Or perhaps tell the doctor? I was checking out and nobody was at the counter so I walked up. Again usually greeted with a smile. “I’m helping him” and points to a man standing in a corner across the room.

The hygienists, doctors, and assistants are fantastic. The front desk staff need a class on customer service. Some not all, can be very rude and unprofessional when calling the office or assisting patients directly. Update: The office manager demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy by proactively asking for my feedback regarding the services. The dedication to engaging with patients and ensuring their comfort is highly commendable.

Great experience! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and were very willing to work with my schedule. I’m happy with the care I received and will definitely be back.

There are many dental offices in Central Florida, but only at a few is the patient treated as the top priority. At Advanced Dental Care of Ocoee, I have always been treated like a king—especially by the staff: administrative team members like Quetsy and Brunella, and, of course, the doctor herself. Her gentle voice and respectful manner make every visit a pleasant experience. Did I mention that I once nearly fell asleep while she was treating me? That is just what it’s like here!

First of all, I live in Kissimmee, and after browsing many dental clinics around my area, there was a very good reason why I chose Advanced Dental Care Ocoee. Even having many closer options, I decided to drive there, and now I know I made the right decision. The manager, Ms. Quetsy, is an awesome, kind-hearted human being. Her leadership and her team make that place one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever experienced. She is more than just a manager , she is like a sister, a mother, and a truly charitable soul. I really appreciate her goodness and the way she treats people. During my first appointment, a wonderful Floridian lady took plenty of X-rays and made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. Very sweet, professional, patient, and welcoming. You can tell when somebody genuinely likes helping people, and she definitely gave me that feeling. After that, another gentleman carefully checked my gums and teeth measurements, and then Dr. Herrera explained my treatment plan in detail. I later confirmed some of the information myself and realized everything he recommended was completely accurate. Three days later, I accepted their offer, and what a great decision that was. Dr. Herrera deserves special recognition. Besides being highly professional and knowledgeable, he has excellent hands, confidence, patience, and a calm way of working that gives you trust immediately. He explains things clearly, never rushes you, and makes you feel you are in good hands the whole time. You can tell he truly cares about doing quality work instead of just finishing appointments fast. Finding a dentist with that combination of honesty, technique, and human treatment is not easy nowadays. Then Pablo, the hygienist, welcomed me for a deep cleaning. My goodness, that guy is incredibly professional. He constantly checked on me, explained everything, relaxed me, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I don’t want to sound weird but I absolutely loved the way he worked — his professionalism, his calm attitude, and his technique were amazing. I barely felt anything. Thank you, man. God bless your hands! After that, Dr. Herrera, assisted by Mr. Ricardo, completed four fillings for me. What a team! Smooth hands, great technique, professionalism, softness, and outstanding teamwork. Honestly, that was more than just a dental appointment , it felt like paradise. I truly enjoyed the entire experience. And last but not least Ms Brunella, at the front desk, sweet girl, I appreciate you. Can't wait for my next appointment next week. Thank you all so much. EVERYONE is so professional, nice, friendly, and caring. My brother is mentally challenged and they take such good care of him. He’s not afraid he never complained about having to go to the dentist because he really feels comfortable. They treat him with compassion and they’re just very gentle with everyone. I highly recommend this place I really do
