Advanced Dentistry of O'Fallon

Was super nervous going back to the dentist after not having gone to one for over three years for a variety of reasons, but they made me feel at home! They were all super nice and understanding, and one of them even gave me a squishy to help ease my nerves! They showed me how much stuff cost and what insurance pays, and helped me to adult too! I wish more places ran as well as this place does!

I honestly cannot recommend this dental office enough. For years, I went from dentist to dentist trying to figure out what was causing my constant tooth pain. I repeatedly explained my symptoms, spent thousands of dollars on treatments, and somehow only seemed to get worse. It was frustrating and discouraging. After I moved, I decided to give this office a try, and it was the best decision I could have made. Within one minute of examining me, the dentist identified what had been causing my pain all along—something multiple other dentists had missed over the course of several years. In December 2025, they completed the procedures they recommended to address those issues. Today, almost eight months later, I can honestly say I have been completely free of that constant tooth pain. That has been an incredible blessing and has truly changed my quality of life. Instead of constantly dealing with dental problems, I now only go in for my routine cleanings. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and gentle. They genuinely care about their patients and take the time to listen. Because of the trust they earned with me, I transferred my entire family to this practice without hesitation. I know they will take exceptional care of each of us. Thank you for giving me my life back after years of unnecessary pain. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a very nice appointment. The Hygienist was personable. Introduced herself told me what she had to do and in each step she informed me at the end of my appointment she gave me instructions on how to replace my bridge. Very helpful.

I always feel comfortable and don’t seem to have the white coat syndrome when going to the Advanced Dentistry in OFallon. I attribute that feeling because of the excellent staff and Dentists! Dr Nick is great and I don’t have any pain or discomfort when he is doing a procedure on me… he is professional, kind, gentle, and considerate and treats me like family!!

This was our first visit here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My grandson had a severe toothache and they had to do a root canal. It was a long visit but he was given breaks as he needed them. Dr Thackker was awesome she was very professional and explained everything and listened to his needs. Bri and Lauren were awesome too. Theyall did a good job. I will definitely recommend all of them to my family and friends. We will be using them as our dentist from now on. I can't say enough good things about our visit. Thank you all, Joy

I had my first crown done at the O'Fallon office My team and Bri did a fabulous job making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable, and worked together to help each other as well. I had no pain through the process, still no pain after the numbness has gone away, and the crown is such a good fit that it feels completely natural. Thank you!

Ollie was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my son, Greyson, and helped calm his nerves throughout the entire visit. As a fellow boy mom, I can’t thank her enough for making the whole experience so easy and positive. Greyson is no longer scared to go to the dentist, which is something I never thought I’d say! A big shout-out to the doctor as well. She was incredibly calm, patient, and understanding, and she explained everything in a way that didn’t trigger any anxiety. Both of them made us feel comfortable, cared for, and informed every step of the way. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful appointment into such a positive experience! I really like this place. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist office. But Whitney (my hygienist) makes my visit very relaxed and stress free with her gentle caring touch and smile. She is really the BEST!!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office and the incredible team—especially Dr. Nick and Ollie! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with so much kindness and reassurance. Ollie was absolutely amazing—so patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and comforting. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt calm and taken care of the entire time. Dr. Nick is hands down one of the best! So professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into something so much easier than I expected. I was really nervous going in, but thanks to Dr. Nick and Ollie, I left feeling so grateful and relieved. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I’ve been a patient at Advanced Dentistry of O’Fallon for a little over a year, and every visit has been a great experience. The entire team is professional and efficient. Whitney is personable and knowledgeable, and she always offers thoughtful suggestions for any concerns I have. Dr. Nik is thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciate that the staff is informative without being pushy. Highly recommend!
