Dr. Bates and the entire staff truly made me feel comfortable and welcome! They took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood and that together we could make the best decision going forward. Thank you all and I look forward to becoming a permanent patient!

This is an amazing place . The staff is simply delightful . Dr Bates pulled 2 of my teeth with no problems . He kept asking me if the sedation was good and if I was numb enough. If I was comfortable . And then bam something that should have taken 45 mins or longer was done in 20-25 mins . I am home and the pain is minimal . I would suggest this place to everyone .

I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. The staff was so friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bates is friendly and took care of what was bothering my teeth. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bates is absolutely incredible and always makes his patients feel comfortable and heard. He is understanding of life circumstances, is more than willing to work with you and is just so kind. My whole family comes here and we just couldn't recommend it enough.

Chipped a tooth and they got me in quick. The staff is super nice and professional and Bates got me taken care of. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his work. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

I avoided the dentist for years after a negative office manager experience at a different dentist office. I had a filling pop out a couple weeks ago and saw Serene Dentistry on an emergency visit and was so impressed I got a cleaning the next day. After loving my experience I got both my kids in and had the only filling between the two done the next day. The office is clean and the staff are warm as well as professional. I am grateful I don’t feel the need to avoid the dentist anymore!
