The whole office staff was so attentive and kind! I felt so welcome and comfortable. The hygienist and the Dentist were so gentle and soft spoken. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

I cracked my tooth while I was at work And I was completely mortified and I needed a very reliable and quick procedure done for said tooth. Oyster point (thankfully) Had an appointment and got me in and out next day and finished, start to end, three hours. My dental hygienist, Labelle, was so awesome and you can tell she really cared about her work. I’m a nurse, so I talked to a lot of patient every single day. Labelle took that into consideration when shaping my temporary crown, which I thought was so nice because she took that into consideration. I just cared about not going to work with a cracked tooth and Labelle took it a step further! My dentist, Dr. Stockberger, Was very inviting and we had a great conversation. I didn’t just feel like a patient. They were flexible with my payment and offered options so I can get this taken care of today. They definitely have me as a returning patient! Kudos to this team! ❤️

I have always had good experiences with everyone at this practice. At my last visit I had a great interaction with a temp assistant named Stacy that was just there for the day. She came with years of experience and acted like she had been there for years. She was so friendly and had a wonderful bedside manner. Her caring attitude made my visit for a cracked cap not so bad! She was great!

I called the office in January when I first moved to Virginia to schedule a dental appointment; I was scheduled 6/08/2026. On 6/3/2026 I spoke with the front receptionist regarding insurance 5 times before the final (6th conversation). The front desk during the 5 separate calls were very professional and understanding. On the 6th call I was informed by "TINA" that my appointment for 6/08/2026 was cancelled due to an emergency with the doctor. I understand life happens. Due to the fact that this cancellation was not on my end I wanted to confirm my new appointment, but I was told that's not possible as "TINA" does not know. Okay... So I ask if it has ever happened that a client who was scheduled for over 5 months and was canceled last minute had to wait over a month for a new appointment. "TINA" then stated that I was being rude?? I simply asked a question to know a timeframe to prepare myself for. She sounded very upset and she meant to put me on mute and did not... she spoke to the coworker next to her and stated that I am "complaining". I then heard her coworker say to put me in hold, "TINA" proceeds to put me on hold and then transfer me to a voicemail. Of course, I call back very confused at the communication that has turned very unprofessional. I ask to speak with a manger and was told that they are out today. "MONIQUE" answered my call and helped me get a new appointment the same week. :) thank you, "MONIQUE" she was very kind and professional.

Please save your money and visit a better office where they actually care! I went in to have 2 extractions done. I was forced into a root canal, since it was in my smile line and only going to cost me $390. I called multiple times before the appointment to make sure that was in fact my pricing. I was reassured every time I called, it was $390.25. I get the root canal done. 2 weeks later, I get a call from someone named Lisa. She claimed they misspoke and can only give an estimate on pricing. I actually still owe $385 for the root canal. If they would’ve just done what I originally asked, I wouldn’t have this issue. Then, to make matters worse. Lisa was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I couldn’t explain or ask any questions without attitude or her being annoyed. Coming to this office was a horrible decision. Ms. Michelle is always sweet and amazing, as well as the hygienist.

For sometime, I had a small filling between two of my front teeth. I had almost come to think of it as natural. It wasn’t until my last checkup that this filling was noted as damaged. Dr. Duman recommended that this be corrected. I’m so glad I did. My whole smile seems to have improved. Thanks Dr. Duman. Well done.

Shame on me for skipping out on the dentist for a few years.. Dr. Duman and his team took care of me and went above of beyond with my care. His staff is all so sweet and caring. I appreciate the great work they do. If you’re hesitant about finding a good dentist, look no further!
