Dr. Bector Was confident, capable, and funny! He was very skilled at numbing my teeth before the root canal, which has always been a problem for me. His staff was excellent! The young man who was training to be a doctor Ally was awesome! As well as the young female doctor. I was impressed at the ability of this doctor to share his skills willingly with both his patient and his colleagues. Highly recommend.

Before I walked into the establishment I called Ethos from google had an amazing experience speaking with relief conversation with Alexus. After explaining that all weekend I been turned down by every emergency dentist office. On google calls after calls being I couldn’t be helped in the same day. I would be scheduled for another day. Because there facilities had no on duty dental surgery staff to extract teeth. On the same day. Or on time line to suit my benefit to exonerate the pain. I had been going through all weekend. Even had Neighbors suggestions to there heart felt dental establishments. That would take care of me as they took care of them in there time of need. To give them a mention of there name. But nothing ever came back as a phone call. After leaving two voicemails with them. In hopes of getting that care as my neighbor had gotten. No luck when I did receive a phone call was well after my total care from ethos family the name is as suggested “family” Not only was I greatly greeted with an amazing smile of happiness for my present of being there by an amazing staff. That care to show to my seat of rest to prepare me a journey to heal my future soul and to get rid of the pain. I was going through all this time. – Establishment had a technique of thinking ahead of time watching tv screens As I laid back in the resting chair thinking this is the first time ever seen TV as I’m looking up, which was relaxing. Rather than looking at the ceiling of boredom. Awesome touch. Procedure was walk-through and carefully explained of our was going to transpire, which made me feel more comfortable since I walked in by myself, and knowing that if I was going through what I was going through, I would have to walk out of the facility by myself as well and was reassure that nothing would go wrong or be heavily seduced from Anastasia or something of that nature which got me worried at first, but there was nothing of the nature with the conversation with the staff and how everything was done and perform to a very Professionalism facility and staff. The care after package and arrangement of making an appointments was such ease because of the staff was on a game throughout the entire experience so thank you sincerely For being my ace to taking care of my teeth. Dr. Bector was great! I came to the office in pain and left feeling so much better. The office staff are very nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Donna the hygienist is also so sweet! They are all very gentle and even my kids don’t mind coming. Highly recommend!

My husband woke up with a severe tooth ache on Sunday. I searched for emergency dentists near me and was fortunate to connect with Ethos Family Dental. Divya took our call and within a few minutes we were on a virtual call with Dr. Bector who was able to set my husband's treatment plan in motion immediately. I received a call from Janice, one of the wonderful associates who confirmed our paperwork submitted the day before and our upcoming appointment. Xandra, the office manager was exceptionally caring when she explained the coverage and cost associated with my husband's the treatment plan. Ethos Family Dental gave us the best dental experience we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the office was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of seating along with complimentary coffee and water that made the environment feel calming and inviting. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible staff. While I waited for my mother during her procedure, the front desk team went out of their way to make conversation with me, answer my questions, and make me feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. My mother underwent a very complex root canal procedure with Dr. Kunal Bector, and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He took the time to thoroughly explain the imaging, walk us through what to expect beforehand, and clearly show us what was happening every step of the way. His patience, compassion, and attention to detail were remarkable. Most importantly, my mother repeatedly said it was the most painless dental procedure she has ever experienced. Dr. Bector spent nearly three hours carefully working with her, allowing breaks whenever she needed to rest her jaw and ensuring she remained comfortable throughout the entire process. It is rare to find a dental office that combines such exceptional skill with genuine compassion and care. Ethos Family Dental exceeded every expectation we had, and I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.
