Staff is always exceptionally friendly and professional. Having a busy family of six, I really appreciate the timely text reminders!

I love my dentist Dr. Snow and her team. She really cares about her patients. Aubrey and Jen are the best at the front desk. Best customer service which means the world to me. The “FAMILY” in Atrium really sums it up on how they take care of me and my fiancé.

I’ve been going to Atrium for serval years for biannual cleanings and I have always had a wonderful experience w/ the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everyone there is eager to help and answer any additional questions. They work directly w/ your insurance company so there are no hidden fees and have always been honest and upfront. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Atrium Family dental is the absolute best. We switched to Atrium for insurance reasons and was worried a new place would not live up to our previous dental practice. Well Atrium has surpassed our expectations! The staff is welcoming, caring, and accommodating. We trust the expertise of Atrium Family dental with our children. Needless to say we are extremely happy with the dental care we have received. We would definitely Atrium dental.

Be careful, this place completely lacks integrity. My wife made sure to ask THREE times, including the morning of the appointment, that they accept our insurance. They reassured her that all was well and our insurance was accepted there. She had to pay $125 out of pocket for the cleaning and X-rays. A couple of weeks later she received a bill for an additional $222. After reaching out to them to clarify what the problem was they stated that our insurance provider is accepted there but it’s not in network. They then proceeded to gaslight my wife by saying that they made that clear to her. My wife does this for a living, she deals with health insurance providers every single day. In no way, shape, or form did they inform her that our insurance was out of network other wise she wouldn’t have proceeded with the appointment. Basically, they’re scammers that are after your wallet. Absolute loser behavior. Do better folks, this is just pathetic.

I happened upon Atrium Dental by accident. Literally. I had fallen on December 23, breaking my front two teeth off in the process. I needed a dentist who could get me in asap. I searched for dentists near me and came up with many hits. Atrium Dental could get me in sooner than anyone, and really seemed to sympathize with my condition. I went in expecting the worst, face all scraped up, bruises starting to form, teeth broken. I was pleasantly surprised that repairing my teeth was easy, quick, and painless. I admitted to them that I had not seen a dentist in quite some time, so they informed me of all the things I could do to improve my oral health. Without pressuring me! I liked them so much, I went back for deep cleaning, two fillings, and other preventative maintenance such as a custom mouth guard. I didn’t even know I was a tooth grinder. Every visit has been as pleasant as a dentist visit can be! The staff from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors are amazingly professional, yet warm and friendly. I’m sad that I fell, but thrilled that I found Atrium Dental!!
