Lost a filling, don't have a dentist. Called Dental Care Associates they got me in the next day and took care of it. Very profesional and helpful. Very glad that I found them.

Dental Care Associates refused to see my daughter over a $98.02 bill that had already been sent to collections because they apparently could not collect it themselves. Refusing care over such a small amount — especially in a rural community where families have limited options — shows a shocking lack of compassion and ethical responsibility. What is most disturbing is the message this sends: patient care clearly does not come first when financial hardship is involved. A healthcare provider should never make people feel disposable because of their economic situation. Policies like this disproportionately hurt working families and people already struggling to access care. To make matters worse, this policy is not clearly disclosed anywhere obvious on their website, leaving patients blindsided when they try to schedule care. Operating with this kind of disregard for transparency and humanity is shameful. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care to seek treatment in Bismarck or elsewhere. This review made me select a "star". My option would be no star at all!

The dentist is absolutely phenomenal—I’ve had truly wonderful experiences here. Even when I was dissatisfied a few days later, they promptly addressed the issue at no cost. I’ve been visiting them for over two years, and every visit has been positive. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Dr. John Chase kind and knowledgeable dentist. He takes the time to explain what he will doing and answers any questions you might have. The whole staff is wonderful. Very peaceful atmosphere to have your dental care done. Highly recommended!

This place is brilliant. Judgement-free and informative, won't push you into unnecessary procedures, and understanding of the fear a lot of people have over dental work. I've felt comfortable every time I've gone. Great staff, great work.

everybody was very nice and accomodating.. front staff always makes you feel welcome.. i feel very nervous when i go to the dentist but sarah, jasmine and dr chase were all very efficient and gentle.. they took their tine and explained everything to me which made me less scared.. thank you so much, i really appreciate everybody that helped me today.
