Dr. Rendon is genuinely the best dentist I have ever been to. I had a fairly severe phobia of the dentist and refused to go for over half a decade, but had to a couple years ago due to a tooth infection. Very scary experience for me, but Dr. Rendon made me feel so much more comfortable. I’m always scared of judgement because of how much work I had done when I was younger, but she has never made me feel poorly about anything. Since then, we have done a lot of work on other teeth and I am so much less scared to go to the dentist. She is so kind and considerate, always checks on how I’m doing throughout procedures, and is just a nice person all around. I used to cry when I had to call to make an appointment or even just thinking about going, but now I actually look forward to going because I know that I will be cared for and ultimately feel better after. Everyone I have met here is so kind and friendly, including the front desk staff and assistants/hygienists. I always recommend this practice to friends, family, and colleagues (especially those with dental anxiety)!

I went to Meadowbrook years ago when they just opened in a pinch on NYE because I had tooth pain. They were great. I just want a no hassle cleaning and a check up. I continued to go the next few visits and my last visit was just that, my last. I was given a plethora of paperwork requiring my signature in the dentist chair about liability and felt like I was being sold unnecessary procedures I didn't even want?! It honestly felt like a used car sales situation. I just wanted a cleaning. It caused the whole visit to be weird and long. I refused to sign anything and have not been back since.

As someone who spent 50 years working in healthcare, I have a deep appreciation for providers who combine clinical skill with genuine compassion. Dr. Cruz and his entire team exceeded my expectations. I broke a tooth and was so grateful that they were able to see me the very next day. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and truly caring. Dr. Cruz took the time to explain everything he was doing and checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and to answer any questions I had. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine concern for his patients are qualities that are becoming harder to find. His assistant, Leslie, was exceptional. It was obvious that she loves what she does and truly enjoys caring for her patients. The teamwork between Dr. Cruz and Leslie was seamless and made me feel completely at ease. After spending my career caring for patients, I recognize excellent healthcare when I see it, and this practice exemplifies it. I have complete confidence in Dr. Cruz and will be returning for all of my dental care. I’ve already recommended him to my daughter and would highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his outstanding team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

The professionalism and skill level of this practice is beyond reproach. Dr. Casanas years of experience is displayed in his practical approach in treatment planning. Being an Endodontist myself, I have referred him many cases to restore. The results have been natural as well as satisfying. I strongly recommend his practice for anyone searching for overall healthy, quality care.

I’ve been going to Medowbrook Dental for five years and they are the greatest. The atmosphere is very inviting as well as the staff. Dr Casanas is a master at what he does and he has a great personality and a great since of humor. The dentistry here is top notch. I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else😃

Nice when you go as a new patient. However once you become a seasoned patient it's like they don't value you anymore. I have been coming here for more then 4 years in the beginning when the owners were actually involved in their practice it was great. Now the front desk or admin is supposedly always changing. I always nake my appts 6 months in advanced and always with the same hygienist Carly she is amazing. However they always seem to mess up my appts. I come with my husband and son we randomly get put with another hygienist or canceling my appt at the last minute. I am an easy patient same time in and out Saturday mornings. You can schedule with your hygienist or they can even put a " note" on your chart but you never know it will change. Time to look for another dentist. The office and tools can be state of the art but if you don't value your customers word you don't have it all.

One of my friends recommended this office to me, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I walked out, it was truly an awesome experience. They gathered all the necessary information thoroughly, and the doctor explained everything so clearly and patiently. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of .
