I had a really great experience at Affordable Smiles! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and helpful, and they explained everything throughout the process. I was able to get my consultation, cleaning, and cavity filling all done in the same day, which was super convenient. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and everyone did a great job. Definitely recommend!

The front desk girl was so nice and welcoming! She had really good customer service, was super helpful, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell she actually cares about the patients and keeps a positive attitude. Definitely one of the best parts of coming here!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff! Dr. Kirkpatrick took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, and the office atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I recently visited Affordable Smiles for a cleaning, and I have to say that Melani, the check-in person, made the experience fantastic. She was incredibly nice from the moment I walked in, greeting me warmly and making me feel comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude set the tone for the entire visit. Melani handled the check-in process smoothly and efficiently, which made everything stress-free. It’s great to be welcomed by someone so pleasant and kind. Today I went in to get an exam for my upcoming appointment and when I tell you the staff is very polite, which makes you feel very welcomed. I’m not 💯 percent sure of all the young ladies name but the young lady Ms. Kaitlin omg she is amazing, when I tell you her personality is so beautiful and she makes you definitely want to come back, she is doing an awesome job and I think we need more people like this young lady. Very outstanding!! Ms. Kaitlyn, Thank you for sharing your beautiful personality. The world is so crazy and we all can use some one just like you to make their day. My first time here was very easy. Getting set up in the system ahead of time was painless, and Melani was very friendly getting me checked in. The facilities are very clean and spacious. Jasonia was great getting my x-rays and set up complete. Dr. Baecher was very friendly and everything was explained clear and concise. Really the whole staff was lovely. Upon checking out, Kaitlyn went over the doctor’s recommendations, plan options, and got my next appointment scheduled. Again, everything was well explained and I appreciated everyone’s efforts to make me comfortable and have a positive experience. I couldn’t have had a better experience, and I definitely recommend Affordable Smiles.
