Media Dental Arts is unlike any dental office I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely calming. Beautifully restored woodwork and moldings, stained-glass windows, rich rugs, color, and comfortable upholstered furniture make it feel more like an inviting home than a clinical office. Even the essential oils Dr. Basani uses create the feeling of walking into a peaceful wellness retreat rather than a dentist’s office. Every detail feels thoughtful. Tara was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Before our first visit, she worked closely with me to coordinate my son’s care with his orthodontist and even responded outside normal hours to ensure everything was completed in time. When we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and clearly explained how the transition from our previous dentist would work. She also went above and beyond to explain billing, insurance, and the steps the office takes to prevent unexpected discrepancies. Everything was provided clearly in print and by email to both my husband and me. That level of transparency and organization gave me so much confidence. Then we met Dr. Basani, and she was simply phenomenal. Before even entering the treatment room, she stopped and took the time to speak with me personally. She explained every option clearly and, as a mother herself, shared what she would do for her own child. We immediately clicked. She is compassionate, exceptionally gentle, and has the most incredible bedside manner. My son said he felt absolutely nothing during his treatment—a first for him. Even more importantly, he left happier than when he arrived. He wasn’t in tears or made to feel that anything was his fault. Dr. Basani reassured him that his hygiene was excellent and explained that the issue was simply related to how his tooth was growing in. The way she protected both his physical comfort and his confidence meant everything to me as his mother. This experience genuinely changed the way I view dental care. My husband, our other son, and I will all be moving to Media Dental Arts. From exceptional preventive and oral care to transparency, compassion, bedside manner, and simply being wonderful human beings, this practice is truly special. If I could give Dr. Basani, Tara, and the entire team 20 stars, I absolutely would.

Dr Bassani and her entire team are thorough, thoughtful and personable. They are quick to follow up on questions between cleaning visits, up front about costs and insurance, and take the time to build relationships with their patients. My family and I are completely confident in their care. Can’t recommend them enough.

Sara was meticulous with my cleaning and was so gentle. Michelle was friendly and very easy to talk to! I was introduced to Dr. Bassani years ago at her former practice, and she has since helped me regain my oral health and transform my smile. Her recommendations for surgical and orthodontic providers were excellent. When she left the city to start her own practice, I was sad to see her go. I recently made the trip to Media to establish care at her new office, and I was not disappointed! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The care remains top-notch, and after 36 years, I am finally smiling in photos.
