I’ve been bringing my kids here since we moved to North Texas. They’ve been so helpful, so kind and just so thoughtful. This is definitely a place I can suggest anyone to come to. The staff is so friendly and the whole office is spotless clean and it’s so cute inside and they have a little token for the kids at the end of they’re visit for a prize of patience. 💫

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an amazing experience with the team at McKinney Pediatric Dentistry. They truly went above and beyond caring for my son, who has special needs. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was patient, compassionate, understanding, and incredibly supportive. The dentist and team took extra time to make my son feel safe and comfortable, and they handled everything with so much kindness and professionalism. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier because of the care and compassion they showed our family. I am beyond grateful for how attentive they were and for the way they treated my son with dignity, patience, and genuine concern. You can tell they truly care about children and their families. I highly recommend them to any parent, especially those with children who may need extra understanding and support. Thank you again to the entire team for going above and beyond for us.

Dr. Jon explained everything to my husband and l before caring for the kiddos. We deeply appreciate the staff making us knowledgeable showing us images of the areas that needed to be addressed and l can say the children were smiling and happy the whole time there. We're foster parents to 4 boys and the knowledge and professionalism of this place was awesome.

Being my first appt for consultation I wasn’t sure what to expect or how my four year old would respond. I have to say I was blown away by the professionalism and care we were shown. My daughter was a little scared, but the staff and doctor went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable. You will not be disappointed bringing your children here.

Been going here for years, they’re great! And the decoration/ theme and set up is totally cool. Never seen a place like it before, my kids and I love it.

My daughter absolutely loves going to McKinney Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Freeze is such a pleasure to work with and truly treats you like family, making every visit feel comfortable and positive. The staff are just as wonderful and treat you with genuine kindness and care from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and attentive, which makes her experience truly exceptional. She now looks forward to her dentist visits and can’t wait for the next one. We recommend them to many of our friends, and they speak very highly of them as well.

The staff are so caring and kind. My youngest had his first x-rays and they walked through each step and explained what they were doing to make sure he was comfortable. Then for the teeth cleaning they had his favorite show on to keep his focus while lying down. He was a bit nervous here but the tech was great in directing his focus to holding his towel so she could clean. Then Dr S was amazing and tentative. Noticed his bite was improving from pacifier usage. To close out, receiving a coin to use to gain a prize just made his day to go with his new tooth brush. Thank you for making his dentist visit pleasant and quick.
