New Hampshire Family Dentistry

I have been a patient at New Hampshire Family Dentistry for many years and I am always satisfied with the service I receive. Some of the necessary dental work I have had was not a lot of fun but Mary and Dr. Mandera made me feel as relaxed as possible and performed the procedures with great care and expertise. I highly recommend New Hampshire Family Dentistry for regular dental care, extractions (if necessary), crowns and implants.

I’ve been going to New Hampshire Family Dentistry since I was a little girl, and I’ve always had wonderful experiences there. I was never nervous or anxious about getting my teeth cleaned or even having cavities filled because the staff always took such great care of me. What I appreciate most is how personal they make every visit. They remember your name, genuinely care about you and your dental health, and make you feel like more than just another patient. I also love the appointment cards, reminder texts, and phone call reminders. With my busy schedule, those extra reminders are incredibly helpful and make it much easier to stay on top of my appointments, even if I misplace the card or forget to add it to my calendar. I highly recommend New Hampshire Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming dental office.

Complete scam for billing! Dental Hygienist’s are nice and would love to go back for more work but the office will scam you out of money. They code thing incorrectly, they don’t check with insurance, they don’t work with you only charge because “insurance” decided not to cover it! I have excellent insurance and with the same company for 9 years I have never had them decline anything until going here! Be aware!!

Beyond impressed with all of the staff at NH Family Dentistry. My kids used to be petrified of having to go to the dentist and since we’ve been coming here they are actually excited for their appointments. The staff do a fantastic job of telling and showing the kids exactly what they’re doing before they do it to truly make them comfortable and educate them at the same time. I was interested in changing dental practices. The dentist told me I needed 4 cavities filled and Invisalign. I went back to my old dental office same day and I only need ONE sealant, no cavities filled. During my visit at NH Family Dentistry people kept coming in and out of my room, often without communicating with me, and I could hear everyone’s personal conversations while I waited. I was really hopeful with all of the good reviews, but overall I felt the environment was unprofessional and I felt mistreated as a patient in more ways than one. People don’t need more anxiety and bills these days. The administrative staff is the only reason this review should have a star.

The staff at NHFD is great. They're friendly and efficient. The dental assistant and dentist work well as a team. The office staff assisted with contacting my dental insurance company and processing the claim. They also play good music too.

I'm extremely happy that I found family dentistry, from the moment I walked in the atmosphere was professional and friendly. I was quickly whisk away to the back for a cleaning and more that satisfied with the way my dental hygienists did her work,a true professional. I will recommend this dental office to all of my family and friends.

Very, incredibly pleased with the care, understanding and communication that I have experienced and continue to have with Dr. Mandera and his staff at NH Family Dentistry on Brown Avenue in Manchester, NH! Dental issues have always been an absolutely fright for me and because Dr. Mandera is considerate of his patients’ needs and knowledge, and takes the time to explain the short-term and long-term possibilities of the patient’s dental care, I (and you!) can feel confident with my results AND my payment plan. I can actually practice a smile with teeth after years of a closed-mouth “pleasant” smirk. The staff here is fantastic too - wonderful caring people!!! Such an incredible feeling to have finally found “My Dentist!” Thank you, Dr. Mandera and everyone at NH Family Dentistry (and to my co-worker for sending me in their direction!)!

Went their for the first time today. I definitely appreciated how relaxed the environment was. How well everyone seemed to know there clients and how comfortable everyone ( clients and staff) was with each other. The whole office seemed welcoming to everyone. Loved it there. Hoping to get my husband to also move to this dentist.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dental office to date. Every staff member treated me with kindness and was incredibly genuine and patient. My exam was very thorough and the physician Paid close attention to my concerns As well as strongly focusing on health, promotion and prevention. I thought it was exceptionally considerate that with each service offered, the staff transparently discussed the financial aspect with me To develop a plan That helps to keep my teeth, healthy, but is also financially feasible for me.
