Manchester Dentistry and Braces

I was a little apprehensive, going to a new dentist because our insurance changed. However, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Jeff and his assistant were very welcoming and treated my five year-old excellent she had no fear and is looking forward to going back for her next check up. The office was quiet and clean!

Can we normalize NOT having to wait over 20 minutes when you’re the first appointment of the day? If I was 20 minutes late you best believe they would cancel my appointment, charge me for that appointment, and make me come back another day. Oh and the dentist wasn’t even here…. Make it make sense! The hygienist was nice, quick once I got back there, but the girl behind the desk had an attitude and a half and felt the need to blame everyone and everything else…. I recently had a visit for a Crown prep and Dr M and assistant treated me with much respect and caring touch,the process was painless and I didn’t have any concerns they didn’t address I would recommend this office if you are in need of dental care… thumbs up! Then returned for final placement and Honestly the easiest visit and perfect results .., Very Happy with the outcome. Thank you

I have had multiple unsettling experiences. Exsenive wait time. Bring a magazine. If your appointmentis after 12pm you will wait 45 minutes or more. They tresspassed me. The male assistant was having a bad day at 9 am. He was verbally rude when I told him he ripped the bracelet like heart monitor off my arm from behind me. Know one in office asked me what happened. Our insurance/ co pay. Pays your bills at least find help that wants to work with public with utmost customer service. I think there was some mis communication. This man Scared me. I will never recommend this place ever.

The service at the office was good. The doctor and hygienist did their jobs well. The office did not. I got new insurance and called to ask if they accepted it. They told me just to text them a picture of the card and they would call me back. They never called back. I have also been receiving the same bill from them for over 6 months. When I called to ask about it they said I didn’t owe them anything as all my cleanings were covered. They said they would take care of it but it’s been months and I still receive texts, emails, and mail about the bill. Whenever I called to ask I cannot reach a person no matter which number I call (this could be due to the fact I can only call during lunch or at 4:30). I have since moved to a better managed dentist office.

Doctor Carlos is a very friendly and talented doctor, which is so important for successful treatment. He pulled a tooth for my 86-year-old dad, and my dad could not be more grateful for the amazing job he did. The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend this office!

I got there and was put into a room for X-rays then went to a different room for the dentist to come see me. He came in momentarily look at my X-rays and decided to take another X-ray, they did and he liked that one much better. he. explained the xray and he was off to see his next patient. very quick and professional.
