Burch Dental - Machesney Park

This dental office is amazing. They took their time and made me feel welcomed as a patient. They also made sure that I was comfortable during visit and procedure. They took their time and didnt rush me out of the office. I highly recommend this place. Thank you everyone that tended to me on my visit. ❤️

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The front desk immediately greets you and checks you in. I’ve never waited more than a couple of minutes to be taken back for my appointment. The hygienists do wonderful job and make sure you understand everything going on.

I have been going to Burch Dental for several years, and have found that their staff is phenomenal! they take their dental abilities to an upper level that surpasses other dental offices. The caring staff takes time to visit with you, explains treatments in detail so you understand every thing regarding the desired treatment. The good and the bad, they help their patients in every way possible, including financial problems. They run their services better than some medical offices I have been in. They are very thorough always. I'm very happy and will not be going to any else for my dental care. ml

After changing my insurance, I needed to find a new dentist and chose Burch Dental due to the positive reviews I read. I would like to add my own review to those. The staff is not only friendly but also professional, and they clearly utilize the latest dental technology. I appreciated being seen right at my scheduled appointment time without having to wait in the lobby. Additionally, they took the time to explain all the steps involved in the procedure I needed, along with the reasons for each step, before we began. I would definitely recommend Burch Dental to my friends and family.

Dr. Cassaro is an absolutely amazing dentist! The care and attention to detail is outstanding and the entire team makes every visit a great experience. The hygienist is thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional. Communication is excellent, everything is clearly explained, and you always feel comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Cassaro and the team for anyone looking for dental care!

I cannot say enough good things about Burch Dental. My past experience with dentists left alot to be desired. I always found it extremely difficult to be seen in a timely manner, and when I finally was able to be seen, the staff was never very hospitable nor did I feel particularly comfortable. Fast forward to me taking a chance on Burch Dental and am I ever glad that I did! For starters, when you walk into the place you would think you entered a day spa. The office is incredibly clean and well decorated. The waiting area is large and inviting. There is complimentary bottled water and coffee available and the seating is super comfortable. You can tell they take a lot of pride in ensuring that their patients are in a relaxing environment every step of the way. Their availability and their flexibility is incredible compared to what you find in most medical offices. Their communication is phenomenal and truly one of the things that sets them apart from not only dentist offices, but medical offices in general. I really appreciate the text messages they send reminding me of upcoming appointments and oftentimes to offer me an earlier appointment if one were to open up (which happens regularly). If you're like me, most people don't particularly look forward to going to the dentist and sometimes it is put off, but the staff at Burch Dental doesn't let that happen. They always touch base with me for appointment reminders. I have even received text messages following appointments for no other reason then to check on my well-being... These people truly care. Lastly, and in my opinion most importantly, they make you feel comfortable. I cannot emphasize this enough. They’ve really changed the stereotype of what it means to go to the dentist. You never feel judged there—no scolding, no guilt trips, no awkwardness. I can’t express enough how kind and professional they are, and what a difference that makes in the overall experience. It takes everyone to buy into that kind of culture for it to work and it's obvious to me that Burch Dental gets it. Everyone from the girls at the front desk, to the hygienists, to of course Dr. Cassaro and Dr. Kloess (Machesney Park location), are truly great at what they do. In summary, this isn’t your grandpa’s dentist office. If you’ve been annoyed by or avoiding the dentist because of past experiences, throw all of that out the window. Do yourself a favor and give Burch Dental a chance—you won’t regret it!
