Dental Group of Lubbock

I’m not one who likes going to the dentist since it’s usually a painful experience but not here. The cleaning wasn’t painful at all Ana I have very sensitive teeth. Highly recommend!

This place is the best dental practice in Lubbock. Everytime I go there all of the staff is very friendly. They get me in quick and if I need anything done after my cleaning they set me up with an appointment that week or do it that same day.

As always, the staff was very courteous upon my arrival. They got me right in and the procedure was professionally done. I couldn’t be happier with my dental care provider! Thanks for taking good care of me.

My husband and I went to the Dental Group of Lubbock; he went on Wednesday and I went on Thursday. It is a very nice place, all the staff and doctors were very cordial and professional. We were both very pleased and have established care there.

They take my insurance as in-network which is really rare these days so I’m so grateful! Female staff and docs which rocks. Scheduling is easy and they don’t let you forget appointments. So happy I found them- I have saved a ton of money from using typical out-of-network dentists with fancy offices.

I went in a few days before my appointment (had already confirmed my appointment) to provide my new insurance information. I was told my regular hygienist was out on medical leave and asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes to get my insurance confirmed and have the other hygienist go ahead and do X-rays and clean my teeth. Since I was already there I said sure. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. My teeth were cleaned. Hygienist made sure I was comfortable and having no issues. I would recommend this staff for all your dental needs.
