My Family Dentist of Los Alamitos

5/5 Stars If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, Dr. Hoa is the person to see. He recently did some fillings for me and made it an absolute breeze—quick, efficient, and totally painless. He’s super friendly, genuinely cares about his patients, and takes the time to thoroughly explain every step so you feel comfortable. A top-notch experience from start to finish!

The staff is so kind and great. I got a cleaning today and my hygienist, Amanda, was amazing. Also Vivian was super kind and friendly. Dr. Mallak was very welcoming and I will definitely be coming back! 100% recommend coming here :))

I have been going to My Family Dentist for many years, and today (5/8/26) was my first visit to the Los Alamitos location. From the front office staff (Vivian and Joanna) to the back office team, everyone was caring, attentive, and accommodating. I went in for a root canal, and Dr. Tehrany, who has performed root canals on me before, made the process quick and effortless. I’ve never had any issues after any procedure he has done for me. I also met Raul for the first time, and he was gentle, compassionate, and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. In addition, there was plenty of parking, and the lobby felt warm and inviting. This is actually my first time ever posting a review for a business because they truly make me feel cared for, as if I were a beloved family member. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, colleagues, or anyone looking for a dental office that provides exceptional care and quality service.

I have been coming to both offices for years and love them both. The Los Al staff is so welcoming and helpful. I love that i can text them with any questions or appt requests. They're really responsive. The dentists here are also the best. I've seen them at both offices. They're really patient with my dental fear and multiple questions . The hygienists here are TOP NOTCH. They've educated me so much on my dental care. They've been game changers for the way I care for my teeth. Truly feel like they're a great team here!
